Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

Ok, this is one that has been been driving me insane for over a decade trying to remember what it was called. It's from the mid 90's, so my memory is very sketchy at best, sorry!

From my research, it's very similar to Crusader - No Regret (and Remorse).

The game was a top down (probably isometric?) "strategy" sort of game, where you controlled a soldier of some type, and ran around in buildings killing things like enemy robots (and maybe soldiers). I can't remember if it was controlled with the keyboard or the mouse, or maybe both.

I remember there being various weapons you could use (and I think you could pick new ones up as you went along - maybe even upgrade stuff?). Some were like plasma rifles, with, what I remember to be bright colours, like a red one, and a green one, and a yellow one.

Lots of explosions... lol

I got the demo for this game on a magazine back sometime in the 90's. Long gone now. I've occasionally had a look for it, but have no real idea what the name was...

I would absolutely love to know what this game was. I have no idea if I'll be able to get a copy, or play it, but it would even be good just to know!

I played this when i was 8 yo, this game is 2D RPG. the story is a boy from a skyland(maybe, dont remember the name it looks like the land is floating on the sky, that's why i called it skyland) found a big three in the middle of forest, and he found princess under the three. then the princess got kidnapped by snow queen(this one is the bad guy) then we go to earth to save the princess. as i remember the first we do in earth is help a hunter to hunt an animal, but suddenly a monster attacked us, and i stole his boat to get to the next village

i remember that after a long journey we can get a dragon to ride, because the earth world are full of island
i wish you guys know this game, i never complete this game because i stuck on some level where i lost the item to open a door.
want to play this game again so badly

This will probably be difficult to figure out because I actually didn't play the game, all I can remember is the cover. I'm thinking it was a PC game. The cover had these creatures climbing a pyramid and I think it was either about building or digging; I'm not really sure on that. However the creatures distinctly reminded me of Yoshi. So cover had weird yoshi looking creatures climbing/building a pyramid and the game may have been for PC. If anyone can actually figure out what this game is gold star for you because what I remember of it is extremely vague. Also I remember seeing it during the early 00's but it may have come out much earlier.

This one may be tough. It's not a game I personally ever saw. I'm going to provide the scant details offered by the person who is trying to remember the title.

It was probably a PS1 game. This is based on the remembered (possibly mis-remembered) detail that it was a 3d game, which rules out the only other consoles he had access to at the time.

The details: It may have been a bit of a point-and-click title. There was definitely a moment early on where you have to board a plane or a jet and take off, but if you fail to disarm a bomb on its wing before you try, the plane will blow up and you have to start over.

That's about all I got: Board a plane, have to disarm a bomb that's probably on its wing, or else boom.

I'm hoping that's enough. ;p

hey theres a game i beem looking for for about a year. i dont remember a whole lot about it but lets see how we do

you start of as a little space ship (birds eye view) and you soot asteroids. Inside each asteroid are different coloured diamond like shapes that are minerals which you use to increase the size and strength of your ship. there are enemies that are red and try to attack you. if you lose your ship blows up and you end up in an escape pod to which you go back to the big mothership to get another ship. there are black holes or warp zones to go to different areas. i remember in one galaxy you destroy an asteroid and inside there was a dragon made of complete fire which you have to destroy. thats about all i really remember. if anybody finds this game i will be so happy and appreciate it ever so deeply.

I'm looking for a computer game, early to late 90s.

The game was a mashup of side-scrolling space fighting a-la Zero Wing and Shoot'em up from a diagonal point of view.

You started off every "world" with space fighting and then you land in different levels and like continue by foot.

Hi I really need help its been bugging me for a few days now it was a old PS2 game where you are chased by something that kills you and to survive you need to be near people before the clock hits the time for you to die u first solve the first puzzle by being near the crowd watching a man juggle. Thats all I can remember because I never finished it. If it helps on the box cover you see the player holding on to a ledge of a tower its in third person and I know its Japanese thank you to all that helps me

I just made an account for this thread , there was a game i used to play when i was a kid, All i remember is that it was about a kid he was in a weird world, it's a 2d game btw this kid wore red shoes, whenever a monster or those things ate him the only things left were a part of his legs with these red sneakers he was thin and i think wore a sweatshirt ! help D: :C oh and it's a PC game ! i also remember there were dark forces that killed this kid and small green creatures as far as i remember !

YES IT IS HEART OF DARKNESS !! I knew it had "dark" in its name but i couldn't remember it ! <3 Brought back many warm memories <3 THANKS A LOT ! , I know i've been asking much but there was also a game where there were some kind of aliens, each alien had a different color with special powers, one spits fire and so ! , there were also eggs in the game as far as i remember, it was a weird world something like the world when dinosaurs existed !! -The goal was to win the race obviously but you could also attack the other mechs with your own mech and i also think
through collecting items such as rockets and speed booster

-It was a Demo so there was no story or something like that, just the race with many different types of maps, one in space but some
also on different planets
-There were many different anime characters to choose and different mechs, i think also every character had a kind of biography

-Another hint is that the graphics were rather bad of this game and also of the other games on this collection

Hey Guys I am looking for 3 different games. I've played them all on the PC.

Game 1: It is a Barney the Dinosaur game BUT I couldn't find the Name and It isn't listed anywhere. The game could have published 1993 - 1998

Mostly point and click, hardly any animation or sound and 2D Style. You could go to different locations (e.g the Park or the Toy shop) and click on different items. When you were at the park you could change certain things (e.g the airplane changes into an hot air balloon by clicking on it or barney could turn into an albert einstein version).

Game 2: This game has better grapics. 2D more realistic drawn style. The main charakter is a male and needs to travel to a certain location. It was also an Point and Click game. Probably around 2000. The protagonist had brown/blonde or ornage hair. You also needet to combine certain items. It plays in an "older" era (i don't know the specific word. My english is very bad) and i think it had to do something with magic, a wizard or a portal. I only remeber one specific scene where the male charakter looses his brown bag in a swamp (i think) and can't reach it from where he is standing. So he wraps his foot into a roap (or a vine) and tries to rech the bag. You swing with either by clicking or by using the arrow keys.

Game 3: The main charakter is a fox. 3D style and it was an learning game. The had one for practicing math, the other one was simply for painting etc. (I hope you know what i mean). It plays in the dessert.

hey guys! I'm so glad I found this,there are some games that killing my mind... sorry for bad english...they are both minimum 10-15 years old...

1.(first person view) it began on a rainy day in some sort of factory or liek it.outside,a scorpion like creature attacking you,so you must go in. then the last thing I remember is the boss at the end.its a huge thing,you can't fight it face-to-face,you need to hide in the vents,and lure him to a ventilator,and it will get his hand,and slowly kill him.

2.(third person view) the other one begins with a girl,and in the training you learn that there are 3 type of armor,and you need to change it,because of the terrain(light needed to crawl,heavy to fight)..and later,you control a white assassin like guy,who can't change the armor..

please help,I loved them,even that I was so young,i could not read it's name.
