Okay, so when I was a kid (I would venture to say this was around 2002 or so), my mom had a computer game that took place in space. Essentially, you had a bunch of aliens as pets in like a terrarium and you had to build structures for them to live. There were different zones that you looked at and built different structures in (like a housing zone and a common area....something like that). Honestly I can't remember much beyond that, as I was like 5 or 6, but I'm trying to recall the game because I remember it being a lot of fun and I want to see if I can dig it back up again. Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated. I know there isn't a whole lot of information to go off of here, but hopefully this sparks something in someone's mind somewhere.

Thanks in advance for your help!

When i was younger i used to play a game which i think was a msdos game.At the start of the game you could choose one of 3 characters and i also remeber that they had a special move to defeat enemies and one of them was a fat guy which farts to defeat the enemies , the other one was a boy and a girl. the game played i think in a dungeon and you had to get to the next door or stairs to get to the next level there was also a special move when you collected 5 items i think so you could summon a dragon which defeats every enemie in the level
if anyone knows which game i mean i would be gratful if he tells me
:D :D

Hey,

So the game in question is VERY old school, we're talking about 20 years ago.

Your are some kind of treasure-hunter or something along thoose lines. The screen display the earth and you visit different destinations, countries. You open mail boxes in order to find .... something, can't recall the nature of it or the exact objective. The design of the game was very minimal ! 90% of the time you would just see the world map and go to different location in order to find things.

The time frame would be between 1995 and 2000.

It ran on an old computer, I don't remember the OS. I think the computer was an IBM and I -think- it was preinstalled and was to my knowledge the only game on the computer. It was the first computer of my dad and I don't have any other information on the exact model.

I was a young kid at the time hence the lack of details ...

Thanks in advance folks !

You'll have to excuse me if this one has been requested before and received a response. There's over 550 pages to this thread... I admit, I didn't read it all.

Okay, I'm looking for a game I vaguely remember. I THINK I played it somewhere between 1990-1993. It's a fantasy based, first person, puzzle game. Think Myst without all the fancy graphics (also, I think this game was BEFORE Myst came out). There were no other NPCs in the game that I can recall. I remember finding a shop or cabin where I found lots of sweetmeats. I also remember being able to roam the countryside and as the amount of daylight changed, the sky would turn from yellow to purple and eventually dark blue to resemble night. I could never really progress far in the game as I was a tween when I played this and didn't understand puzzle games. It was a fairly simple game from what I can recall.

I hope this helps or someone recognizes what I'm describing. Thanks in advance!

Im Looking for a ps2 game that my older brother was playing back in 2002 or 2003. The character used to go around slaying demons and had a red cape on his back and somewhat resembled venom from spider man 3, I remember you couldbe looked at a list of demons you will see soon in the game and at one point he couldve used his red cape to glide over lava and if you didnt make it you end up dying of course.

Hi. I'm sorry if this game has already been discussed but this isn't an easy one as I dont have too many memories of this game. I remember a warrior of sorts in a 3d environment, that used ( and i believe collected) swords and or bows. it was an actoess and the most ridiculous thing I remember is collecting apple and rum to replenish your health...

I'm sorry for not being much but it's been a looong time for me, I was about 5-7 years old so I'm guessing the game is from mid to late 90's and it was on PC, thank you in advance

Hard to tell without knowing if it was for PC or a console, time-frame, etc.. besides there are tons of racing games! My guess goes to

Stuntman (2002)

Well I have doubts about this game. Its a side scrolling shooter with a character being a boy i believe that had black hair and fired energy orbs shaped in a () form and he was able to charge his attacks changing his color in the process and he also had the ability to shape shift into 3 forms, one being able to fly and shoot, the other a flaming character that didn't shoot but was able to jump and become immune to a level with rising flames, and a fish form with greenish color, every time he shape shifted he drained a bar of energy on top left or right of the screen. The introduction presented a circus in the distance with pink and white color, the first level was like a bright day in a pipe formed terrain probably pink color being the pipes, second area was the circus and inside the boss was a monster with a weak point being the belly that flashed when hit i believe. This game was part of my childhood and i wish to see it defeated

Ok I am sorry if this one has already been discussed but I am looking for a pc game that I used to play in 1998, It was a match/ connect two game. The tiles were hieroglyphs, you connected the tiles with lines and they would get removed from the board. I believe the game was on an encyclopedia or dictionary disc.

I know it wasn't "Stuntman", being as I have that. I think it was multiplatform, but I can't be certain. I'm figuring that based on the graphics, it was no earlier than 2000, but no later than 2005.

Remember, I said this was back before TechTV got completely consumed by G4(now defunct). It might have been a console exclusive; but if it was, I don't recall what platform it was exclusive to.

I wish I knew more; but being as I never actually played this game, I can't tell you much beyond what I recall seeing in the review.

I'm sorry.
