Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

Alright guys, please help me out. I just registered here because I'm so desperate to find out what this game's name is.

So, I used to play this when I was a kid, it was on a PC, this is around '98-'02 maybe. It's a puzzle game where the different puzzle pieces are roads. some pieces have a curved road, some are vertical and others are horizontal. There is a taxi driver, and he looks kind of crazy, black hair all over the place. I think he wears a blue uniform and he's supposed to drive from one end to the other and your task is to make the puzzle of roads fit together so that he can drive to his destination. And the first level is very easy and as it gets harder, the sooner he stars to drive and you have to "lay" the puzzle as he's getting closer to you. There is also this ANNOYING theme song that I've kind of grown to love that always plays and I can't get that tune out of my head, which has spurred me to these crazy hour-long hunts on the internet for YEARS, trying to find what the name of this game is.

Guys, pleeeaaasse, help me find this game! please!!

I've been wondering about a game I use to play with my brother on the Playstation 2. It was a medieval game and it was based on Rome. Things I remember is that the opening game was you (and player 2) were guarding a carriage with the Emperor inside of it. A cut scene hits and all off a sudden barbarians started to chop down the trees beside the road so they would fall in front of the carriage. Then barbarians start coming and start shooting arrows at the troops and flame arrows at the carriage. Each battle you were to go into there would be cut scene showing little animation clips of what's happening. One other battle is that you (and player 2) would be walking down a bridge and you get flanked and you get attacked from both sides. Then another one I remember very well is that you and an army were in an icy cavern type and the enemy army approaching. Then all a sudden a cut scene hits and shows thousands upon thousands of flaming arrows being shot up into the sky towards you and your army.

Important aspect: It was based off a movie.

game where you were fighting enemy machines, spiders, giants etc, after slayng them you can enter those machines.and continue levels.
There was a spider mech at first level but i never was able to continue playng because cd was scratched and game crashed.
the game was 2D/3D(birds view) platform like diablo or something like that.
from the main character i remember brown clothes , and wielding 2 guns at the same time.
from time to time main character was able to upgrade ammonition, to blue or green, with limited capacity.

Made an account just for this! There was a game I played on the PC 8 years or so ago, a platformer where you played as a half-demon, fought demons to protect a village or something, wielded kamas I think? I believe I'd played it on Mochigames, but they've shut down now so I have no way of telling. I'd greatly appreciate the help!

I need some helping this game.
I know its not a lot of information, but lets give a shot.

This game as I remember is an old pc game, Real time Strategy, like red alert.
what i remember is that the game has different profiles, and you can secure the profile ( main character ) with a password.
after selecting the profile, u select an army, or a special unit, like a tornado, or a fire tornado, and each unit takes a point or credit and i think u have max of 20 points.
and then u enter the map, play the game, constructing buildings, and preparing an army ... while attacking, u can find treasures with items, that can u used for the main character.
and at the end of the game, these special unit i choose at the beginning , if they survived, they get experience, if they die i lose them.

that's all what i can remember

Ok i am looking for an old game.. i forgot....... it was like a 3d pinball game (not like xp 3d pinball) a completely different ..........

1. the pin ball(3D) was in red-white or blue color....
2. by destroying blocks you can get guns or cannons attached to shoot down the blocks
3. i can also get dual missiles
4. the balls can split to three and goes through the blocks ...like glass blocks
5. on a level there are penguins that goes up after getting hit....
6. the blocks are really stylish like house or something like that (not just regular blocks)
6. i played it sometimes between 2003-04
this all i remember r8 now... pls help... i will try togive more info if remember something...

Once I had a demo cd which had several games, including Pitfall the Mayan adventure, Primal Rage, Abuse (from Crack dot com) and many others. I wish I still had it so I could find all my games. Seems the thread is still plenty alive so I don't feel bad dropping this in here...does anyone remember a 2D game - I'm pretty sure it was for Mac (old Mac, well before OS X) - had a yellow blob that you controlled and you would go through a maze eating things and dodging things that tried to kill you. Anyone remember this? I know it's a pretty vague description but, to be fair, I was pretty young when I played it.

05.Possibilities: I remember I can upgrade the machine part of it. I also remember a scene like enemy's vehicles are full of a hilly area,I control of mine to fight with them with missiles.

early 90s (floppy discs and I ran it on a 486 pc... :S )
viking fantasy setting.
you travel to different worlds through portals found in this "world" in the middle of the universe surrounded by stars
you had two characters to choose from (a boy and agirl) if one died you automatically became the other one
you could cllect and use obejcts and weapons and interract with AI characters
it had an puzzle-solving-logical-thinking element about it.

ehmm can't remember much else. It was ages ago. I was a kid and it was really hard plus I think I am the only person to have ever played it for when I ask people if they know it they haven't the foggiest about what I'm talking about.

There's this old game I used to play that I don't really remember too much of, so this may be kind of vague

I think it was an in browser game. It was probably around 2000 when I played it.
I remember it was an overhead 2D game.
I'm pretty sure it was in a scifi space setting?
I think this game had some kind of live action TV tie in? I don't remember much about the TV show either if it was involved.
I also think it had light cycles like tron, but I could be mixing that up with something else.

Any ideas?

Okay, here goes a potential doozy:

I had an old compilation disc that I ran on PCs of Windows 95/8/maybe XP age, containing a whole bunch of (often shareware versions of) games, that in hindsight I'm sure were all DOS games. Had some classics like Jetpack, Mice Men, Laser Light, Jumpjet, Balloon Challenge - anyway. I'm fairly sure that disc was called something like '300 favourite games' or 'my 300 favourite games', but that must be wrong, as I can't find any clue to its existence on the internet. I'd be curious to know it's name, but that's not my main target.

The game I want to find was on this disc, I have no idea of its name, except that it might have involved the word Wizard, but that's a hopeful guess.

You explored a dungeon that was represented as a grid map (with wraparound edges), where every room has a number representing how many bad rooms (magic trap rooms? Maybe?) were next to that room - just like minesweeper has with mines. You had to go around this map, find the key to the evil wizard/necromancer/something like that's lair, find the lair, enter and kill him. The map was randomised each time. I have a very vague memory that the image displayed if you died was something like a skull with a snake wrapped around/through it.

I also remember that potions came in various colours, and drinking them was risky until you'd found some magical item that revealed secrets (possibly also highlighted the key's location on the map?), although you could learn that red/pink = good, blue/white = bad (I think).

Anyone have any idea? Or at least any memory of this?
