Hello guys, i just remembered 2 games i played when i was a bit younger. mid 90 - early 2000. I am desperate to play them now, because i remember they were hard for me, didn't have the mentality to finish them :D.. just yolo.
1. You where this little guy, you had your hair like a little pony tail, you where in a little city( i remember there was a baby there, a inn and that sorta things) and trying to find something out.You find at a moment a blue cloack and that is kinda magical if i remember corectly, then there is a cave on a mountain, you can interact with people to find out things..it's sorta adventure. If you can help me with this i would be very gratefull.
of and by the way..it was 3D

2. YOu are this girl, and at the beggining of the game you are given a pixie, then you go on an adventure thru a village, forest etc.
and you are randomly attacked by other pixies or do battle with them. That's all i can remember.

I am very gratefull if i can find the names of these games! :)

Hey guys, came here for your help.

So I was playing a game in early 2000's. The game was dark, grim. First person. It was set in somewhat fantasy medieval. Mostly you fight blue or purple (can't remember which) big spiders. From weapon inventory I remember sorta like Arabian sword, with which you can slash enemies and spiders, and also a unique weapon - whip/lasso, which you also can use to transport yourself by hooking it up on small rings (something similar was in Half-Life Opposing Force with barnacle weapon).
That is all I remember unfortunately. Anyone have any ideas?

Looking for a old fighter game. I remember i was playing it on arcade machine. It has old tekken style 2,5 D graphic and i remember one character. A guy with two yoyo's as weapons. (sorry for my english)
I can think of several games that had yoyo-wielders, but most of them were female. So maybe it's Saturn from Star Gladiator (1996)? The arcade version was quite rare, though.
Yes this is this game :D Thx man :)

Hey Guys. Ive been looking for the names of these 2 old arcade games for half of my life, really hope yall can help.

First one.... Late 80s or early 90s, You drive a car that jumps between steel like path-ways, those path-ways change color when you drive over them to indicate that you have passed there before. you have to out run cop cars and a car that just shows up on your way and you have to avoid hitting the cat but when you do hit it, it flies across the screen and you are dead.

Second game...Also early 90. Two fighter airplanes, 1 red and 1 blue, during their missions they collect coin-like powers with different colors that attach to the back on their planes (With many coins collected it looks like the planes have coin tails) One player can take one's "tail of power coins" by flying behind him. You get these coins from an enemy clown with wings, when you kill it you get the coins. There is one level where you have walls on both side on the screen and ice or snow blocking your path, you have to shot thru to pass. (One of the coins is red and produces Fire when used, purple was a 3 way shot when used)

Thanks guys

Hey it was definitely between 2001 and 2009 sometime that i played a cool pc RPG game, it might have had online capabilites but i cant remember. Some of the notable features of the game was that they had a female amazon character that could either go down a bear skill tree, a jaguar skill tree, or a third that i cant remember. There was a class that looks an aweful lot like argonians from Skyrim, these argonians were the mage class and i think could either be fire ice or lightening and each at the end of the skill tree could turn into a dragon (never actually saw it just read the talent) and there was also a dwarven class that could melee, sniper and/or i think be a bomber class? anyway you seem to go through areas related to the character classes so soon after starting the game you'd find yourself in dwarven city and after a while a massive fight breaks out for control of the city with robots and sh1t going mad. the next area was all amazonian with like temples and stuff.

REALLY WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN PLEASE HELP!

The way I remember this game is that it was for PS2, I rented it from Blockbuster, lol. Anyways, it was an RPG with chibi like characters, each area was it's own instance and you could choose to take people with you on your journey as you met them. The biggest part of the game for me was this cave with a big lake that you could fish in. The fishing in the game was really intricate compared to any I've played on a PS2, you needed bait and a good rod then once you hooked something you had to battle it with special fishing skills, similar to Archeage's fishing.

Well, it's bugging me a lot, this one.

- you played a little guy (had a cape, i guess)
- was shooting with diverse powers, using his finger. he was pointing his finger and shooting stars, or something, etc.
- don't remember a certain platform. played it while a kid, on an arcade machine. (single game on that machine)
- trying to remember how the last boss fights were, but no really luck. (all i remember was that, it was pretty hard)
- was kind of medieval-time-period.
- believe it had wizards or something as villains.
- played it around '97-'01 sometime in that period.

I appreciate the efforts! Thank you!

There was a kids game I used to play in mid to late 90's. It was a cartoon game. It had a talking squirrel or chipmunk or something. The beginning of the game you are in front of a treehouse that you can click on different rooms. One of the rooms was where you could print out a certificate. There was one part of the game where you are in an old room & you have to do a word search. The end of the game the talking squirrel or whatever is riding in a miners cart going fast. I believe there may have been an old grumpy man or wizard.

I remember sometime in the 90's playing on Windows 95 or 98 a point and click style game in the first person. The disk I had was a bootlegged version which I remember 'Aztec' written on the front. However, I'm not finding the game on Google. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough?
Either way, I remember the start of the game vaguely in which it DOES take place in Mayan culture. Your character is in the woods/jungle and is framed or mistaken for killing another man that's with him. You run for the river and get in your canoe. You then avoid all the guards or risk being captured. Once you escape I think you begin to complete small quests and such.. I know it's not much, but maybe someone knows what I'm talking about.

This is a great thread BTW -- and apologies if someone brought up this game.

It was an ol' floppy disc in the early 90s. The game was an open world, you started out in your apartment and you were in what I think was a middle eastern atmosphere. You had to solve a mystery. It wasn't 'open world' in the same way it is today... you could just freely walk and go either forward, backwards, left or right and the screen would update your perspective and you would see your surroundings. People were in this world and would move around, but they would freeze in the frame and only moved when you moved or progressed your perspective.

There were businesses you could go into, people would try to jump you and fight you... you could get weapons and fight people if you wanted. One of the main people you interacted with was a taxi driver that looked terrible. They would show the face of the person you were talking to. That's about all I remember. I remember getting as far as taking the taxi to a hotel to find a murder scene, and the game telling me I was too late. I remember it timing you (as the time would pass by the more you would explore the area).

Not sure why 25 years later this game would drive me nuts trying to figure out what it is. Maybe it's because I never beat it and now I wonder how it ended!

Okay, lords and ladies: I've been trying to remember this game for years. It may actually be my first experience with PC gaming ever. BEFORE ANYONE SUGGESTS THIS, IT IS NOT KINGS QUEST 7. I've already checked, and that is definitely not it.

Created most likely in the mid 90's, it featured a woman who's younger female companion was sucked into/fell into a pool of water on a jaunt through the forest. The gameplay style and graphics are very much akin to Kings Quest 6. I thought that the protagonist was a mother, but I think she may have been the older sister. The beginning of the game remains in "mystical forest" territory.

Sorry I can't remember much more than that, I'll keep working at it.

Sorry if this has been brought up before but didn't feel like going through 500+ pages :( Anyway I'm looking for an action RPG game that i could only find in arcades, don't think it ever appeared on PC. You could choose your starting class, one was a barbarian sort of character, another was the typical wizard and there was also an amazon that was a ranged character. You could find eggs and hatch them so you had a little dragon following you as a pet and the game would let you save your progress using a 3 letter combination so you could continue later. Sorry if it sounds vague but i described it as best as i can remember lol

Hmm... the character classes don't quite match, I think, but the eggs and pet dragon thing (as well as the password "save" feature) remind me of Gaiapolis [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cts1-rHBjrk].

Thanks for the reply but as far as i can recall the graphics were much more advanced which would put the game i'm talking about at around early 2000 at a guess. It could very well be that the game was released for a console or PC but personally i could never find it anywhere except arcades. I appreciate the effort though.

Here's my quest:
2d, top down view, non-scrolling
It was a space defence game
There was earth in the center of your screen and your space ships could fly around it controlled by the mouse.
Enemies came in from all sides of your screen trying to attack earth. After you killed an amount of enemies you could upgrade your ship or earth by right clicking and choose what you want, you could also switch weapons for your spaceship (cannon, shotgun, rockets, pulse rifle, plasma gun) later you could get like cannon II and cannon III. It had around 60-ish levels. There were also barrels that spawned and if you shot them depending on the type of barrel it exploded and send rockets flying or slowed enemies or froze enemies or gave you upgrade bar progress.
Any idea?

--edit--

Found em on an old game site: Clash 'n Slash
