Well, I just discovered this site because last night I remembered one of my favorite games from my childhood but can't remember the name and the struggle is real.

I'm not sure about the release date but I remember playing it on a PC with Windows XP so the top release year has to be like 2008 but probably it is from way earlier, I think I got the demo from a PC gaming magazine CD.

Here is a list of things I remember about it:

- You control a floating shadow, guess you are a wizard or something like that because you could use magic.
- The world is kinda open and is a cold valley (mostly covered in snow if I'm not wrong) with a lot of mountains.
- You could buy troops on little town and/or villages to fight wolves, bears and other fantasy monsters.
- To make money you had to accept quest from those towns.

Thanks a lot in advance!

I'm looking for this game and if anyone remembers it please let me know, thanks a lot.
-Old game played on PC/Windows in late 90s.
-RTS game with a tilted top-down view.
-You start a "map" by having a spaceship land on an alien planet and a bunch of scientists come out.
-You control the scientists and use them to study the planet and construct strange-looking structures.
-There were sheep (or dogs, I really couldn't tell) that were bright red as if they were turned inside-out, some of them are "wild" and may attack you, others are created by one of your structures and worked for you.
-Scientists each had a role that no other could do, and one of those roles was to collect resources which were strange materials present on a certain terrain type only and there was something you could do or build to make more of it.

Hey guys I'm hoping I can leave something here and get a response.

I am looking mainly for the game archive that I played when I was small; around 2000, but the game could've been older.
You were on some sort of space ship in First Person and you would walk around to the walls where there were different Games that you would go to to play.

The one game i distinctly remembering being on there was an old car game. You played as a convict that had to fight against other convicts to survive. You would drive around and pick up power ups as weapons, etc. The level always ended with you, and the few remaining racers that were still alive, driving into a central room where the exit was in the middle. The door only opened when 1 racer was remaining. As the final racers were in the central room the walls would become electrified and slowly move closer to the center of the room (where the door was). It was a pretty cool game and I could've sworn it was called something on the lines of "Death Row", but I have googled the name (and multiple variations) and only seen games that are not at all related.

I also think there was a demo version of Road Rash. The old bike game where you would race against other bikers and try kick them off their bikes. Since this game i distinctly remember being a demo this whole game bundle could have been a demo, but I'm not sure.

Any advice would be great. Thanks guys <3

Gianpiero Rusconi I was going to suggest "Death Rally", but it doesn't have any spaceships or walls. Check it out nonetheless. I'm sorry for double-posting but I don't know how to delete the extra reply.

Im looking for an airplane game in the late 90s or early 2000s. I remember i used to play using F22 or F18. It was somehow 3d, i played it on 3rd person from behind but idk if i can change it. I had to lock on enemies before actually firing. Before playing therell always be mission briefing containing info about the boss. I remember theres also a rocket as boss, named ballistic something. Had to shoot turrets before taking down part of the rocket from back to front. Theres also a huge wide plane as boss, looking like B-2 but wider, and colored like sand.

I played it on PC (win ME) but i cant remember if it was an emulator.

Thanks

Wasnt Death Rally. Thanks for the try though. The race would happen on a spaceship and there were many different places to ride around to kill the other death row inmates.

Hello, I need help finding old flash point & click games. I played them about 9-11 years ago, if I remember correctly they were a series made by the same person.

- In one of the games you were stuck in some kind of a freezer and a ice monster was coming after you and you had a couple of minutes to do the right thing to survive.
- You were stuck in some kind of a log cabin up in the woods and the cabin was overrun with guards and you had to escape.

Ty for the help.

I also remember one thing, it is a pc game and I last played it 5 years ago.

It is a war game, like warcraft in story mode, where you have to build your own village or barracks.

There is also a color coding, for example, you were the blue team and your enemy's color is red.

I think it started with a farmer with a sombrero or farmer's hat. They plant crops and harvest, while the other one get water using buckets.

They can be train by putting them on barracks, to be a soldier, on archery, to be an archer.

As far as I know, there is a combination like from barracks, then to the stable, will make a knight in a horse. I'm not sure about these but I think if you put a archer in archery again will make them carry a shotgun, well I'm not sure about everything.
I also play it offline.

That's all what I remember, hope you can help me know the title.

Hi, I remember 2 PC games I played, like 10 years ago (?). I don't remember much and I don't think those games were very popular.
1 - You are really small in a room (like de_rats map in counter-strike) and there is a robot (I think) which made sounds. I remember it was quite scary for me.
2 - Car game in an arena/stadium, multiple cars try to get to bright points which randomly spawn I think. The terrain was not smooth, there were little hills and pits.

Reposting since i have not seen any replies:

Hey all,
I had to make an account since i went through ~100 different pages trying to find this game without success.
Reason i am looking for it is, that i could pass the name of the game to a girl who has been searching for it a long time.

The details of the game are following:

- PC (Windows XP)
- One of those "demo/trailer" games
- ~2002-2004 was when she played it
- A boy who jumps around in a jungle/desert (in the demo's 5 stages)
- Pretty much like Mario so you can move forward/backward/jump
- Platform jump/Puzzle jump

Thank you for helping me already! I know someone knows this game since we have all played these lovely demo games. I still got a few cd's hanging around in my closet..

Bumping last week's thread since no replies

- About 10-15 years ago I remember playing a 3d space shooter games.

I think it was on windows 95.

It was arcade style - you looked behind your ship, moved it around the screen with your mouse and slowly waves of aliens would come and you had to shoot (mouse click) them while they moved around. If you couldn't hit them in time, they would fly towards you and if made contact with your ship you would die.

After a while you could get upgrades and then you would fight bosses. One of the upgrades is a bomb and when you right clicked it blew everything up on screen.

There was also this really rare powerup that I think I got once, which makes your ship spin round really quickly and send bullets everywhere for about 20 seconds, destroying everything.

The most striking search item I can think of is that after I few levels (I think level 2 but unsure) the game actually switches from being 3d to on it's side and the waves would come from the right in vertical lines.

There was no music from what I remember but the sound effects were quite eerie. The aliens would make all these strange sounds, and there was this computational style narrator who would say things if you got a powerup (Thing's like "power increased" but I don't remember exactly what he said).

I spent about an hour searching before I came here, and the closest picture to describe it is here - http://badgerheadgames.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/tapinvasionl6.png

Although it was much better graphics (as it was 3d) and there was nothing at the bottom (except your ship)

The game did have a score system and was very difficult (probably due to the 3d aspect), I never beat it nor got close.

I don't think anyone will know this one.

I remember VERY little of it, so sorry if the details aren't exact.
I think I played this game back when I was like 5 or 6 years old, but I have no idea when it was made. It was for the PS1. I don't remember what you had to do in the game, but it was some sort of RPG that included a bit of platforming, where you controlled a kid(?) (or two of them, pretty sure they were two). Sometimes you had to fight monsters, or some similar stuff. Its music was somewhat creepy (I do remember that this game gave me nightmares, but I doubt it was intended to be scary). The thing I remember the most is that there was a stage where it was night time, raining, and you had to jump through pillars of some sort.

This information is really speculative, but I'll be glad if someone tried to link me to an at least similar game.

Is it perhaps in the Arc the Lad series?

EDIT: My brother remembered the game, it was Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader :)

Hi, hopefully someone here will be able to help me. I was playing The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsign the other day and it reminded me of a game I played as a child.
It was a PC game but I do not remember much of the story, I know the game was set in medieval times, I vaguely remember there was Spanish inquisition involved and that magic/spirits/etc. was outlawed. When starting the game I think there were races to choose from, or perhaps just classes, I'm not entirely sure. I definitely remember that you could pick a guardian spirit of sorts that would accompany you on your adventure and each of them was a different colour and had their own personality - one was red, one blue and the other purple-ish (this one was quite sassy if I remember correctly). Unfortunately I don't remember much more, it's been over 12 years since I've played it.

If that rings a bell for anyone I would be very grateful if they could help me. I will love you forever!
