Old Games you remember playing but can't remember the name of.

So i played a game back in like 2004-2006, it was on PS1. It was something my dad had played so i don't think it was a children's game. But as i remember it, you started off as a dragon in a cage, you ran around a bit in the beginning and then you met some other guys that knock you out, i think there was a train somewhere in that too. Later in the game you ran around in towns with some human characters and that's about all i remember.

Probably Breath of Fire IV.

I could really use a help now.. For days I have been trying to find some game I was playing maybe in 2006 on PC..
It was children game suppose.. You were a main character some kind of wizard.. small with blue mantle, face wasn't seenable, I think, there was a blue hat on top.
Game could be played by two players.. in that case other wizard would be in the color of rose.. and then both of them would play at the same time on the same space..

...and that one was likely Magicka.

Alright, this one is pretty vague, but I'm gonna post it anyway. All I remember of this game were bits and pieces.
-Windows 3.x
-Release date was probably early to mid 90's
-It took place in a haunted house
-Had a 2D, cartoonish style
-It was a point/click adventure-type game, similar to something like Putt-Putt
-There was a room in the house with animal trophies mounted on the wall; when you clicked on them, they came to life
-It was not Jan Pienkowski's Haunted House, nor was it Gahan Wilson's Ultimate Haunted House, nor was it Harry and the Haunted House, but it was similar to all three of them.

Ah, I finally found it. It was 'My Favorite Monster'.

Hello!

I remember playing a demo game on PC I downloaded from some website long ago, it was probably from the early 2000s, the graphics were 3D and the camera was behind you like in any close combat action game, you walked between arena-like stages and then fought dudes, I think you had a sword, and the thing that makes me want to try the game again is that you had a huge demon-like monster thingy as a companion that fought together with you!

The level design felt like you were powering through a castle, so stone-walls and metal bars and stuff like that.
The graphics were quite grey I believe.

Edit: It might be Chaos Legion's Thanatos that I'm remembering, if so I guess I'll thank diablo rules on page 675!

There is a fps game where the player have special power, its not that old and I think its around 2008-2010 (I saw it in my friends' house).

Its available in PC, I think the name is only one word and consist of 6-7 letters. The main menu seems to be "meaty".

The games seems to consists of multiple party members and everyone has different special powers, such as healing, throwing fire balls, ( I think I saw my friend used an attack like thunder on the final boss.

Hey guys when i was young i used to play this game where you are small flying angel and can't touch anything.

I remember in the first screen/level there was a dinosaur (stegosaur) that you had to fly over.
Then you had to fly right or left and got to another enviroment which i dont really remember.

Also

I've been playing some horror game at my friends place which name i dont remember.

You was a soldier and who got abseiled with 3 others (NPC) into some dark tombs.

You had a gun and killed monsters through the map.

The first room was an oval room with few doors.

When the game was launching there was a monster with one big eye and tentacles on the screen.

Hello!

I am new to this... but if you can help that would be appreciated, my nostalgia is giving me a lot of annoyance lately...

So I think it was an RPG type of game, a Playstation 2 game, probably made from Japan. Very nice opening whenever I start the game. Very anime style like.
So I think it was about these two brother and sister escaping or going to somewhere, they are like alchemist or wizards of some sort. I don't remember much since it's been like 8 years, the disc is half the world away from me. I remember clearly that there are only dubbed subtitle whenever there's an important cutscene or dialogue, the other time you have to read it for yourself. It was like... this magic world where they live in a forest I think... and then they went out to the desert or city I can't quite remember. I felt like the sister were in some kind of trouble along the way and you have to help her or something... One of them have blue or green hair I think or both of them..

Well that's not a lot to go but if anybody played a lot of RPG they might know. There was another one where you are in a tower and you have to reach the top and it was like fighting dungeon crawler anime style like too, I remember getting stucked because the game glitches or something and I can't go on anymore and never played the game ever since. But that one is just stupid so I'm not even going to bother. It was so annoying.

Anyway please suggest? I'll look into it

Got another one for you guys:
- The game was a action RPG, much like Dark Souls;
- It had "PS1 graphics" (3D, kinda blocky);
- It had a bunch of classes to choose from (like fighter, archer, so on and so forth);
- As far as I know, it had no character creation;
- There were "separated maps" (as in: screen transitions like a game from RPG Maker);
- You had a rare item, a yellow "fruit" (can't actually remember what it was) to recover your life;
- Isometric-ish view
- It was for PC (maybe a port, but it could be an exclusive);

I'm Looking for a pc game mid/early 2000 i guess.
It is a fanasy rpg like Diablo or baldur's gate style, But only with humans (as far as I know)

The story is about a boy growing up in a town when (his sister) is kidnapped by the (kings soldiers)
You start your adventure through the land looking for her.

There is one chapter that you are caprured and you wake up on a pirate ship in the dock and you need to espcape and save your friends.

Please help me. The game was not very popular but I would like to play it again, because back in the day my pc crashed..

You started with a really bad car and then you upgraded it with weapons and defenses systems like oil, glue, so you could destroy the other cars. i think that if you hit a car it also damages you or the other car, same for hitting walls. i remember a pickup truck and a sports car that was the most expensive, but there were about ten cars. you also could change their color.

it had also local co op multiplayer and custom races

the game came in a cd with more games for demo, and i remember the cover to be really colorful with yellow letters.

2: the second game is one of the games that came in the cd. it was a spaceship side scrolling game, like r type, but it had pretty decent 3d graphics, and it had LOTS of upgrades.

i hope you can find at least one of them, then it would be easier to find the other

Hy ,i'm looking for two games ,hope you can help me.

Both are on PC.
Both are from early 2000.

1.)
-2d rts
-top down view (not 100% sure on this one)
-two teams (red and blue ,i think)
-you control some kind of a robot which can transform into a plane
-you can build other units (workers and tanks)
-while in plane form you can pick them up and drop anywhere on the map
-workers work in some kind of factory ,which are on some kind of oil spills
-both players can populate the same factory with workers (i think five total is the max)
-while in robot from you can shoot enemy tanks

2.)
-mario kart/crash team racing inspired 3d racer
-there is some kind of jungle map
-you can shoot rockets
-big heads

It was a side-view platformer puzzle game (there was no scrolling; each stage was a single frame) online in which you were a little astronaut boy on what looks like the moon. The "enemies" were little green blobby aliens with no arms or legs that you had to push around to hold down buttons and things to hold open gates to get to the teleporter pad at the end of each level. Later on in the game, there would be other obstacles, like slime and water(?) that you could not step in; you had to collect a certain colored boot that you would wear to get across the obstacles.
I have tried looking this up, but I cannot find it anywhere. The title might have been something with "Astro" or "Boy" in it (I can't really remember, but it feels like it's right on the tip of my tongue) but when I look that up for reference, it comes up with AstroBoy, which it is not.

This sounds like it might be some variation on the old Windows game Chip's Challenge. Try looking for games similar to that?

It wasn't top-down. I still tried looking for similar games, but I don't see it. I can't even remember what website(s) I played it on, but I can see it so clearly in my head. The graphics were also pretty good, from what I remember. Chip's Challenge looks good too, though.

Hi everyone! I'm new here.
Over the dacade ago there was a game... I've played only a demo, but I'll try to explain what I've remembered.

I suppose that it could be really tough one:
- PC game for kids
- from 1995-2005
- it could be in some early 3d style (but it could be just drawn this way)
- it starts with an intro: Night, bird eye view on some small city/houses. Everyone is asleep. We can see small object (space ship) flying and getting someway into one house. The couple of little aliens get out from the ship.(little like 15cm, they don't look any like usual aliens)
- everything is colorful but the background is black most of the time. Everything is kindly settled in emptiness.
- What happens nearly after that landing, some "bad guy" (I remember him as a pencil but I'm not sure)kidnapps a lady alien and mr alien goes to rescue her. I remember there was also some "scary" cat.
- Unfortunately I don't remember the details of what you had do do there (but hte main goal was probably to rescue ms alien) or if it was adventure game or arcade.

I will be very grateful for any help with this.

FOUND IT! It's called Astrokid! It is exactly as I remembered. Can't believe it took me this long to find it.

Dunno if it was just 1 level of a demo game. But remember playing it as a kid once, and never saw it again.
Your character was anchored (couldn't move) and you only could see a gun/rifle.
As i remember, graphics were great for that age.

- Had some bad guys that were like spring or something?
