The kids got life in prison. If you read the article, on the thrid page, it says they did indeed get a life sentence, then on the last page they are moving to an adult facility. I would suggest reading the entire article.

I'm glad these two got life. When they get transferred to the new facility, I hope the other inmates treat them with the same respect they treated the girl.
When it comes to stuff like this the death penalty makes sense. This is a horrifying thing.

I don't ever think people should suffer for the sake of suffering as they are still being paid to be alive. Have them taken out of the equation and if there is a hell, they'll be going to it, if there are Gods then who knows what awaits them. They need to be put in a very bad prison where they'll get brutalized and violently raped daily. That is exactly what needs to happen.
