Not even Egyptian. Iranian would be better. However, even in the states Child molesters get shanked, beaten, and killed in prison on a regular basis. Sure, and Egyptian or Iranian prison would be terrible, but they wouldn't be beaten to death any faster than in an American (not entirely sure about Canada, but probably)prison.

While I agree that some of the offenders(kids caught with a joint, first time shoplifters, etc.) should be given the opportunity to be straightened up, some of the brutal crimes kids are getting away with here is just wrong. I don't believe in the death penalty for young offenders, but some of these kids know exactly what's going on, have zero respect for the system and actively game it.

No, the only people that are going to be affected are the two sick fucks that did this (and the victims family), and only happened to mention it on a chat that WoW provides for everyone. And, no less, they are getting the life sentence, so these two obviously aren't getting out of a smelly, dank cell for a very long time (or at all).

However, I really question the sanity of some of the posters in this thread, whom sound almost like they would enjoy doing the same thing (or close to, with the calls for public torture and whatnot) to these two fucks as a form of "punishment". Reign in the emotions, it is for the courts to make the punishment (as they have), not civilians.

Have them taken out of the equation and if there is a hell, they'll be going to it, if there are Gods then who knows what awaits them. If there is nothing... then its more resources for the here and now.

The were in fact tried as adults for this crime, and i believe they admitted to first degree murder, and so will be behind bars for life with no chance of parole for 25 years. Also, based on the testimony of the (psychologist i believe) who stated that in his or her's professional opinion, these two kids were damaged essentially beyond repair, theres a good chance they will not make parole. While it is unfortunate to see anyone waste away in prison for their whole lives, their heinous deeds will ensure this is the case.
Also i believe a major part of this case was that the two boys showed no remorse at all, often joking about it with police interrogators.

When the title said "The WoW Murder" I was thinking that this thread was about Blizzards' awful design mistakes made in "Cataclysm" and the poorly chosen theme of "Mists of Pandaria". Well, that's just entirely too horrible. I don't entirely agree with killing them over it, though. Have they found a way to do it that don't mess up the organs yet?
However, I'm not entirely sure how you could rehabilitate someone like that without having them go thoroughly insane or commit suicide whenever you managed to wake up their bloody capacity for empathy and they had to consider what they did.
Perhaps there's a future for them as input into psychological research?
