OK, now it's just getting ridiculous, "Hey guys I got an idea, lets not market our extremely high priced edition to the people who regularly spend hundreds of dollars to keep their system in working order", "That's a great idea, wanna go eat some shit?" "Do I ever!". Plus do we need to keep giving PC gamers the shaft with EVERYTHING?
Well its even worse for UK PC Gamers, because we also have to pay £55 now for the damn thing (around US$90-US$100). NORMAL EDITION!

Oh no... no night vision goggles... what ever I shall I do. Seriously tho it's their choice, however the PC gaming nerds are the more likely to even get that stupid bundle.

I am going back to full on PC gaming when I get all the money together, providing the PC isn't continuously fucked over.

Unfortunately PC Gamers are too smart to fall for this, Activision expect us to rage but they've just saved us some money by doing this. We'll stick to the Hardened edition thank you.
Are we? Perhaps this is a case of "you want what you can't have" and they'll release it a bit later, expecting a sales figure extravaganza.
Aha, but by the time they do release it many of us will already have MW2 in some form or another and will have moved on to the next FPS that comes along.

MW2 just got demoted from "pirate and later bargain bin" after the price hike to "pirate".

And I'm going to download the X360 version(yes it can be done, stop pretending piracy doesn't exist on consoles, it's just that the average consumer is too stupid to not buy every flashy looking game thrown at them), delete it and download it again, while telling all my friends to do the same.

Was never going to buy that edition anyway, but I don't really care for Activisions conduct so far with MW2. The price hike experiment is my main issue with them though.

This speaks the truth!
Who thought it was a good idea to alienate the PC gamers?
Aleinate the PC gamers and you lose money as we simply downlaod it instead.

Kids, just say no to gimmicky add-ons that have very few practical or any other kind of use.

Meh, don't really mind. What I do mind though is the fact that there will be no PC version of Brutal Legend. Now that just pisses me right off. Was really looking forward to that game...

OK, this just ruined my day.

I will never, EVER, play a god damn FPS, ON A GOD DAMN CONSOLE.

This is why I built my own gaming PC.

I had no intention of buying the prestige edition, but that does not remove the fact that I am right now (for lack of a better word) Pissed Off

I rather enjoyed the single-player campaign of MW1 (I bought it for PC on release day) and have dabbled in the multi-player side a little bit (got to about 5-6 ranks up and got bored of it) and I was really looking forward to MW2...

Then Activision announced higher prices and a nerfed PC version...

Now I'll be going and having a nice chat with The Pirate Bay, as all that really interests me is the single-player story anyway :)

I can't say I'm suprised. Though I must say it's a bit ungrateful to PC owners since Call of Duty 1 and 2 was PC exclusive (at least for a month).

Personally, I think it's retarded but I was planning on getting the Hardened version all along so it really doesn't bother me.

To be fully honest, I couldn't really care less about the NVG however this is more of a matter of principle, that console owners get access to a form of content that PC do not so in that sense - Fuck You Activision.

Since Activions became one of the biggest 3rd party developers all they've been doing is pulling off dickmoves recently.

I now officially feel bad for British PC game players.

First the price hike, and now this.

Activision is screwing England over.
