Seriously, Its like wow, but more mature and with fewer fucktards and griefers.
Fewer griefers in EVE? Are you serious?
On topic: No, it won't. There is absolutely no chance that Aion will "kill" WoW. It may put a little dent in its subscription numbers, and I expect it to be a success in its own right, but... well, you have to consider that Aion at launch is not competing against WoW at launch, it's competing with WoW with five years extra content + polish under its belt, and WotLK-era WoW is a much more imposing opponent than original WoW ever was.
The only thing that will ever "kill" WoW will be age and the gradual decline of its playerbase. Other games might contribute (Aion, TOR, even Blizzard's own Diablo III and next-gen MMO) but none of them will "kill" WoW.
I'm still waiting to see actual proof of this instead of that one random guy on his blog speculating. Last I checked, the Chinese servers were back up and running at close to full (at least, that's what it looked like from the data we had a glimpse at prior to BlizzCon). I'm not saying it's not POSSIBLE, only that I'd like to see some actual hard data rather than a guy going "yeah, so since the servers are down this means WoW is down to 6 million!!!!!"Abedeus said:Especially that WoW has only about 6 millions of people now, and Aion BEFORE EU/US release has 4 millions.
Let's face it, you can't be the best forever.
