.... Or you're just watching too much of The Walking Dead and playing too much Nazi Zombies.

no, you are sane just put L4D and Black Ops and any other Zombie related games in the "trade-in" pile and go get yourself a nice non-Zombie related game. Also put the Resident Evil movies and Dawn of the Deads etc. in the burn pile.

maybe u have that fear of a zombie holocaust... i know someone else who has the same fear. It's real and though i think it's a bit mad u know, some people are scared of balloons... at least zombies are ACTUALLY scary.

Wait so let me get this straight, you're having zombie dreams and want them to stop? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! lol But seriously don't worry about it, I have zombie dreams too, and a couple haven't ended all that well, I wouldn't consider them premonitions either, THAT would make you look crazy... *Puts on tall striped hat and skips off*

I had a dream pretty similar to L4D about zombies breaking into my dorm. I also had a dream that same week about being a giraffe, there are some things not meant to be explained. Just enjoy the ride. :)

Insanity is doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.
This can also translate as a lack of logic.

You are not insane for dreaming. Dreaming is your mind's way of processing scenarios and thoughts until you understand them better. Not dreaming could result in insanity.

To quote the Escapists resident psychiatrist who regularly answers questions:
Sometimes a zombie is just a zombie.
Go check the Ask Dr. Mark-column on dreams and your question will be answered.

Also, no you're not. Having weird dreams means nothing. Chances are that you're stressed about something and your mind goes for something you have an easier and more abstract way of associating with.

That would only make you insane if you were dreaming that you were a zombie, and the dream consisted of you ripping open the skulls of your loved ones and feasting on their brains while the survivors watched and cowered in fear, waiting for their turn to die.

Dude zombie nightmares are nothing. You're probably just imagining cool zombie world situations in which you try and survive. Its actual premonitions that come real for me that are friggening freaking me out. Also another dream I've had that completely freaks me out and makes my head feel like its ripping in two is one that has repeated on me at least 3 times. What happens is...
Error: File not found. Corruption is the Cause.

When you are insane you do not know you are insane. So no you are not because you
1. know that the zombies were in a dream
2. think your insane and want to take action to change it.

What might be going on is you are remembering the zombies, because there is a lot of stress on you right know so you are having recognition of event earlier in life.

No you are not, although if you started to mix you dreams with the real world then we might have a problem.

The fact that you're not pumped to be having dreams about zombies is more compelling evidence for your insanity.

zombie invasion is extremely unlikely due to the way its supposed to work. do some research and thinking of your own and you will find that most zombie movies/games would not actually work.

not that zombies are impossible, just wait til a parasite comes along that does it.

Just zombies? No, you are not insane.

I am insane.

Like tonight, I dreamt that I was being chased around my city by a bunch of fuckers from a shitty action movie.
It involved Guns, Helicopters and Lolis
It ended in a police station where I broke the glass in front to get inside taking a big shard of it with me.
Bumped into a few officers that were on their way out.
They did nothing.
Ran deeper in.
More cops.
Standoff.
The dream cut out just as I took the glass to the big guy's head.

I hate my family.

Crazier dreams happen to me even better than this 2-3 Times a Night on average.
Though I tend to have dreams within The Void.
I need to start keeping a dream journal.
I could make money off this shit.

You've been exposed to too much zombie media, that's all.
This. In games it's known as the Tetris effect; after to long playing tetris you start to imagine how objects would stack best. Too much zombie media and you start imagining how zombies would get you...
