Dr Dre, because he's the only rapper (except for some single Eminem songs and rap fragments of Gorillaz) that I like and enjoy listening to.

I nominate the song "Ninja Rap" by Vanilla Ice.

Remember Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze?

Hell yeah.

I personally love hip-hop. However, I don't listen to mainstream rappers much, except Eminem. That guy is a genius... I voted for his album here.

Other than that, I enjoy listening to an almost-unknown sub-genre of hip-hop - Nerdcore. MC Frontalot, mc chris, MC Lars, Optimus Rhyme, MC Hawking... Excellent stuff that nobody knows about.

I also can't go without mentioning Greydon Square. Intelligent hip-hop - what's cooler than that?

Sorry, but someone had to do it.

And personally, I do like Eminem's "The Marshall Matters LP". Some pretty good songs on there.

36 Chambers is the best from that list but Nas' Illmatic is in my opinion the best.

Edit: What's with the lack of Biggies 'Ready to Die' or Jay-Z's 'Reasonable Doubt'.

For me, I'm not really a rap fan, but it's a tie between these two:

pretty much anything by Flobots, and i actually enjoyed the Griggs rap at the end of CoD:MW i thought it was entertaining....also a couple of songs by ICP..i enjoy Just Like That and the follow up song Pass Me By ((PMB isn't like most of their songs, it's actually fairly slow and really well done, it's about Shaggy 2 Dope being dead, and finally at the Dark Carnival, meeting up with everybody, friends and idols, seems like they actually put a lot of thought and meaning into it...which is strange for them))

i'm gonna say eminem's strait from the lab, it's got some real funny stuff and some amazing serious stuff on it, plus even though it's impossible to find anywhere monkey see monkey do was on it and that's one of my all time favourite raps on the planet.

for those who've never heard anything from strait out of the lab: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7DPdz1Py-o

and some funny stuff to take the edge off all that serious: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUf8jdrUENU

No Mos Def? No Wu? No MF Doom, No de la Rocha? Not even a Fugee or 2? C'mon, man. At least you have some older radio stuff (and some Public Enemy, word). The radio stuff out there now is just sad. They don't even rap anymore, they all use autotune or slow it down like Mike Jones or DJ Screw (because they can't sing), and it's all about how big their dick is...which tells me there's an awful lot of rappers out there with tiny peckers who've never once made a woman moist.

"The sheriff was after me for what-I-did-to-his-daughter,
I did it like this,
I did it like that,
I did it with a wiffle ball bat sooooooooooooooooooo-"

My Name Is is one of the funniest things I've ever heard: Marshall Mathers isn't a rapper, he's a comedic artist ... or ... he was anyway
Since when was he an artist?
