Evil.
If you leave your best equipment and items lying around, how can I not steal it? Also, if killing Annoying Unimportant NPC Man = big money, then I gotta take that.

i feel bad being evil in fallout 3, there isent any real reward (beside loot and joy of gore) but else you just loose friends and feel guilty and it does not cling well with the story

I feel real guilt if I'm cruel to those funny little digital people.
Pretty much this. I don't have the heart to even kill digital innocent people. Even when I am evil I won't admit to doing evil things like if I destroyed Megaton then when I see Moria as a ghoul next to Megaton I don't have the heart to tell her I did it.

neutral for me, freedom to act without the moral bindings of good, or the hair trigger murders of evil, and in fallout 3, impartial mediation is the bomb

I can't help but be Evil in F3. Most all characters are annoying to the point where i just want to shoot them in the face and steal their shit...lol.

Games like this, I usually play out being good first, and then create another character and become a righteous bastard. For some reason, I'm always compelled to be good.

I went for the Good Karma, because I assumed FO3 would be like Oblivion (which it is) and every where I go people give me free things.

I did 2 playthrus one as Jesus's clone, and one as Beelzebub. Its too damn hard to be neutral in that game tho

I'm neutral. I will usually do good deeds, but eventually I end up doing some seriously evil shit. Case in point: my massacre of the family and Arefu (all over the accidental theft of a harmonica, talk about pointless bloodshed) and my aid for the ghouls in the conquering of Tenpenny Towers. That character was neutral at level 8, very good at level 12, very evil at level 20, and back to neutral at level 30.

Its mainly because I generally don't act like a dick but occasionally take the evil option for big choices (or go on a killing spree).

Neutral with a hint of good. Do what you gotta do to stay alive and help out the occasional person.

So you're sort of bipolar huh? ;)

I always run through as evil at least once for completion but my moral choices tend towards the neutral or good side. Of course I usually steal anything useful that isn't nailed down. Glad that New Vegas is going to use a faction system instead of a cut and dried evil/good karma system that doesn't really make much sense.

Well I tried to go for neutral but apparently even when stealing everything that?s not nailed down, charging as much as possible for every job and occasionally sticking landmines in the pockets of people I hate I still have Jesus level karma.
Maybe I should go on a killing spree....
