I converted an old pressure washer into a flamethrower. Probably the coolest thing I ever did.

Even though it seems to be the "cool" thing to be a pyro, I'm actually kind of a wimp when it comes to fire. I hate lighting matches, and if something needs lighting, I'll usually get someone else to do it for me.
Being a pyro is cool these days?
Who would want to have an insatiable hunger for burning things?
Crazy kids and their misguided fads.

Fire is cool...when other people are playing with it at a safe distance so when they burn themselves and get on the news for their stupid self-inflicted deaths I can laugh my ass off at them.

Eleven years ago my then-fiancée broke up with me and I moved out of her apartment. Two months later someone (not me---that girl had plenty of enemies) started a fire in the building immediately below her apartment. I (and my new girlfriend, a mortal enemy of said ex for assorted reasons) laughed like Kefka while the house burned. The cops showed up at my house to ask me some questions a couple days later, but I had an ironclad alibi (on account of having spent the day among about a dozen friends)...they never did figure out who set the fire because (as I heard later) there were just too many people with motive, means, and opportunity to accuse any of them.

Moral of the story: Don't make enemies, especially because one of them might be a pyro. (my ex lived---she wasn't home when the fire started.)

I've injured myself with fire a couple of times, but despite that, it is fun
My dad has this grill called the big green egg, and you light it with this stuff that is basically napalm: its a pink gel that's hard to get off things and sets fire instantly, fun times lighting the grill

I do remember managing to burn a hole in my bedroom carpet when I was very young...

In my child mind, I figured dragging the wardrobe into the middle of the room, over the burn, would be the perfect way to hide it, and I was sure my parents wouldn't ask why I'd moved it.

I usually don't have fun with fire outside of poking the campfire with a stick or something, but yes, fire can be fun. I can be dangerous too, but that doesn't make it bad or anything, just makes the user... either not careful, or stupid.

muahaha fire!

actually I've never done anything particularly dangerous with fire
like nothing illegal
altho I usually end up being the pyromaniac amongst my friends
but really that just means I'm the one making the bonfires and lighting the fireworks

Fire can be a good laugh.

This one time, at a mates, we where messing about with a deodrant can and a lighter like all good retarded teenagers should. We where trying to flameroast a peanut, there was 3 of us, one was holding the deodrant and lighter, I was holding the peanut, the friend watching decided I was holding the peanut wrong and he wanted to hold it, his holding technique was postioning it directly infront of his face, half of his hair got singhed(sp?) half an inch shorter, he looked like a abit of a bellend for the next week until he got his head shaved.

=D fire good. but I've learned my lesson... Last year I tried to catch fire (no I was not drunk, stoned or under the influence of anything else) It was a candle in a candle holder basically completely melted and I knocked it over after staring at it for awhile, panicked cause it was carpet underneath (and it's my grandma's old place) caught my pants on fire melted my hands with fire and covered them with burning wax... =D saved the carpet though... And it was awesome in the ambulance they gave me this green whistle thing that did some weird sh*t to me... I was so sad when they took it away from me too... Also played it on for longer so i got out doing as much work when working =D getting paid to stand there YAY!!!!

My dad's a firefighter and I love to light shit on fire. There's nothing quite so satisfying as watching an old shed go up in flames. Sometimes I wanna join the VFD just so I can watch shit burn for a little bit.

When I go hiking or camping or hunting fire is a good thing. It helps me cook, fend off mountain lions and stay warm.

My dad, cousin and I tied a Batman action figure to a rocket and saw the first private-funded ($10 for the rockets) superhero space program at work. We found him in the backyard the week after.

Well, my friends and I threw fireworks at each other on the Fourth of July, if that counts.

I like fire... A lot. I guess it borders on pyromania, but I don't have the urge to burn down houses or anything, I just like to watch fire...well, burn things... like leaves... and movie tickets... and paper plates... and large piles of pine straw...

i like fire but i have to stay away from it because i once almost got FIRED (XD) for lighting stuff while surrounded by oily products. not the best idea i've ever had.

ALSO! fun times with fire: get a paint pen, make sure the paint is present in the tip, hold the pen so that the tip is facing down, light tip, wait and enjoy the fire for a few seconds then throw the pen at what you wish to burn.
as the paint burns in the tip more paint will rush down to be lit as well. sadly, these tend to go out after a few seconds of travelling through the air, but it can still be fun.
REMEMBER KIDS, try not to get burned, unless you like that sort of thing.

Fire is a one trick pony, it's clearly D-list now, and will probably never make a comeback beyond say... reality TV or something.

Now Plasma, there's the new hotness!

It's late, and I'm silly....
