Don't need?
From your post, it sounds more like 'can't get' or 'keep'.

If that's the attitude you really have, no wonder.
hmm...sorry, didn't realize grammar nazi's would be reading this post

really its all just messing around, so take the naziness somewhere else
Its more likely your sexist statements then lack of grammar that have attracted you attention there champ.

"veggie monster= you rule and dont need no man/girl"

there never has been a time when I would rather play a game than go out with my girlfriend.

Sex and a good relationship is always better than gaming.
and you probably need a new girlfriend or shouldnt have your current one if thats not the case for you (imo)

it was nothing to do with my gaming time.
it was to do with the fact that I could game at all.
the fact that i was excited as he was for Modern Warfare 2 freaked him out.
he decided he wanted a "normal girlfriend".

ahhhh well.

No, I've had girlfriends ***** about me playing videogames. But I've never been stupid enough to make it effect my sex chance.

But I'm never in many serious relationships anyway. I like to hit it and quit it.

I've never had an argument about my gaming habits. All my break-ups are me being afraid of commitment and then getting hurt in the end.

Hilariously enough? If videogames ever become a problem in my current relationship, it will because I am simply too casual a gamer for her. She used to play for MLG.

Heh, re-read the original reply.

It had nothing to do with correcting your grammar, or really anything to do with grammar.
Keep trying to insult if you like. It's amusing when the intended insult isn't even insulting, or even correct.

As to the feminazi troll remark, that has nothing to do with the post(s) nor is insulting.
Your post was in bad taste. It's that simple.
You'd be getting this same flack if the post had been aimed at males.

i re-read it cuz i read over it fast the first time, and in my earlier posts i said i've been on both sides of the line, so therefore i've obviously dated quite a bit, so no, it has nothing to do with "can't get" or "keep", its finding one WORTH "keeping"

this post would be irrelevant to me if i found one worth keeping, so thats why its there

in my area, little to no girls game (can't count mario party or shit like that..thats a party game that nearly anyone plays) and most of them that dont are complete snobs about gaming

If thats the case you deserve better.

I remember one time where my girlfriend came back to mine, we had a bit of fun, then I played Gears of War while talking to her... beautiful evening

Most people have trouble finding one (male or female) worth keeping, gaming aside.
The 'More Me Now' complex seems to be a popular culprit. Might just be a fad (I hope it is, anyway).

Hm... Mario Party might not count, but it might allow you to broaden their tastes a bit. Heck, if they enjoy watching you game that's a pretty good substitute if they aren't much of a casual or hardcore gamer.
*shrug* So long as they understand it's important to you and can enjoy their selves if you get caught up in something, gaming shouldn't be that big of a deal. They might even get curious about gaming and wonder what the allure is.

As for the snobs... they're just afraid of having fun and find breaking a stereotype horrifying.
But that's ok, more fun for you!

I have had potential serious relationships nipped in the bud because the girl couldn't handle that I need a lot of personal time and personal space to devote to my gaming---I have a lot of games where I build worlds (city builders, trade simulations, and The Sims), and it's how I escape, unwind, and manage stress.

I don't want to be stuck in a long-term relationship with someone who differs from me on such a fundamental level, and games represent an aspect of my personality I don't want to have to suppress. If a girl doesn't like gaming (or sports, my other big hobby), I'm not in it for the long haul with her. Short-term, if we share some niche interest with each other, that's what the friend zone is for, and if that interest happens to be sex, that's the stuff that fuck buddy-ship is made of, but girls like that aren't gonna be marriage material.

has your girlfriend/boyfriend(for the ladies too) ever broken up with you or have you had major problems because of your gaming time?

(we all know, a mate can get extremely....nagging and annoying, and its nice to sit down to some game time and not have the game nag back at you, but give you the pleasure you deserve)
Don't add stupid poll options. It looks cool but it isn't. It means you get incorrect results. You might as well not have a poll at all.

To answer the question, I went out with someone many years ago who was "ideologically" against computer games because as far as she was concerned they were stupid and all about violence. Introducing her to games like Thief where brains were involved and you could win the thing without hurting another person didn't help. She was the sort of woman who was always convinced that she was right about everything. I dumped her eventually for unrelated reasons, but I didn't play computer games much at all while we were together because I got sick of the arguments.

Since then I've been careful not to get involved with insane "I am right all the time" harpy women in the first place, so this problem hasn't resurfaced. More recent girlfriends have been more open-minded.

Nope, most of them have been gamers of some sort. I love me a girl who's as nerdy as I can be.
