Games have gotten me pretty emotional and borderline teary. Okami, Tales of the Abyss... cry OUT, though? I'm not sure. I'd like to though!

Yes, many times. Despite my emotional disconnect, i have cried over many games. Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy X, Professor Layton and the Unwound Future, just to name a few.

Having replayed the entire Kingdom Hearts series recently, let me tell you, every time Simple and Clean plays, I get choked up, and this is due to the end of Kingdom Hearts 1. That ending gets me every time. They start Simple and Clean at just the right moment to hit me right in the feels, and now I'm like Pavlov's dog, I respond a certain way whenever I hear it play in one of the games.

I haven't replayed FFX yet, so I don't know if it'll still be an emotional moment for me, but when I first beat it, it was one of the first games I'd played on a Playstation console(I had an N64 and couldn't afford to also get a PS1). The graphics for me were astounding, the voice acting was brilliant, the atmosphere perfect, and the ending, when Tidus fades away was one of the saddest things I've ever witnessed.

Professor Layton. This is one of the more recent games that has made me cry. The ending to that one particular game is just heart-wrenching. I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't played it, but damn did I cry.

There are other games, of course. But these three are the ones that effected me strongly enough that I remember exactly what about them made me cry.

Gotta say the last in-game mission of Red Dead Redemption. All that hard work and... wow. I think the saddest part was after the ending. No resolution imo.

The Walking Dead, if you coax Clementine into shooting Lee. The last ten minutes were fairly hard on the ticker, but those last few seconds? Fuck it. I had grit in my eyes something fierce.

I think it's the first time I've ever wanted to hug a video game character. Clem is an absolute triumph in character design, at least in terms of personality and acting.

Assassins Creed Embers made me tear a bit, especially having just finished Revelations. The library scene followed by the letter was perfectly done.

Katawa Shoujo. Lilly's path. Good ending.

Happy endings are more likely to make me cry than sad ones.

Unfortunately none as of yet. I thought To the Moon might push me over the edge a few times, but never actually reduced me to a blubbering mess. Nor did it make me shed tears (wherever you draw the line where crying starts). Which is a shame really, that game deserves a good cry.

Trying to think about anything else that might have made me come close...

None are springing to mind. I play a ton of MMOs, which generally have all the emotional qualities of a wooden desk. Unless hitting the level cap brings you to tears (and it might, that's usually a hard-hitting anti-climax right there).

Metal Gear Solid 4.

This is good... isn't it? *cigar falls*

The ending to Klonoa: Door to Phantomile.

Spiderman and Phoenix's weak attack death in UMVC3 makes me sad as well.

Mass Effect 3.

Several times. I think you guys know where.

and persona 4.

Twice. I'll leave it up to you guys to guess where. (bad ending first time from wasting namatame)

That being said, it really depends on how immersed you get in your games. Skyrim is a good example. I almost lost it after my first horse died, (had him for 40+ levels) but then you get people murdering villages for the lulz. It depends on how seriously you take your gaming. I cried more for mordin than several people who've died irl.

The only time I've ever gotten close to crying was during the ending of Mother 3. Seriously, if you haven't played that game, you should. Great game, with a great story.

Mass effect 3 gave me some tear-jerkers here and there. Final Fantasy 7 & 9 almost had me cried. (a certain part in the ending of 9 and when Tifa founds Cloud after he disappeared.)

However, the grand-prize of making me cry (as a child) will always belong to Ogre Battle 64. The game was sadly obscure, but it had a great story.

A few in ascending order of waterworks.

Dreamfall's ending- Manly Tear.

Shattered Memories and Silent Hill 2's endings- Beautifully Bittersweet closure.

Walking Dead's ending- Made me a pansy.

Yes, I have. In Red Dead Redemption, it was when John watched his family ride away before facing those feds for the last time.
The Walking Dead: Lee telling Clem, "You have to keep me from turning." Poor kid.
Mass Effect 3: Mordin, Thane, Legion. Those got to me, but this one hit hard: Anderson telling Shepard, "You did good, son. I'm proud of you" before dying.

A couple times in To the Moon
A couple Times in Mass Effect 3
Once in Metroid Prime (when the chozo ghosts open your way to the impact crater after you fight Ridley) (teared up)

A couple times in Dark Souls.
1) When I fought Sif and saw him limping after I really hurt him. (teared up)
2) When I equipped the old witch's ring and talked to the fair lady. She was all alone except for her sister, Quelaag. She talked to me and thought I was Quelaag since I had lots of humanity and the ring. She said she was happy, despite being in constant pain and almost blind, she said she still had me. What she didn't know is that I had just killed her sister in a boss fight. Then I stabbed her with my greatsword... her last words "But, Quelaag... why?" Her last thoughts were wondering why her own sister killed her. I feel like a shit even as I type this...

I am a bastard. "You died" more like "You cried"

The end of The Walking Dead just about broke me. For about 2 hours I was sobbing huge manly tears because he died and even bigger manlier tears of joy because she lived (You know what I'm talking about if you beat it).

Although the near hysterics and babbling state I was in as I tried to explain the unending flood of water from my eyes to my groggy and bewildered roommates at 6 am in the morning was likely brought about through a combination of the game's ending and me playing through the last two chapters instead of getting any sleep whatsoever.
