This, really, except I only want two or three kids. Not that I'd complain if I met a girl who said to me "I just turned 18 and I want to spend the rest of my reproductive years barefoot and pregnant in your kitchen. Give me an army of babies."

I have tasted the delicious fruit of womankind and much like Adam in the Garden of Eden, I could never give such a thing up.

They wouldn't like me now, as a matter of fact, because now I'm a piece of shit who nobody likes because they can't ever get the sarcasm or satire I direct at them. It isn't even exactly complicated to get, but they always get fucking offended.

I simply meet so many stupid people, I gave up.

I think there's two kinds of asexuals, those who feel nothing sexually, and those who have given up on romantic exploits, or otherwise don't bother trying.

I'm already kind of 'meh' about sex. There are things I'm just way more interested in, and as far as relationships go I'm more interested in the nonphysical aspect. An opportunity is nice, but I'm not going far out of my way for it like I'm in a high school movie. But in the case of kids, nah I'm down for the normal biological way.

Practically, sexuality wouldn't do a positive thing for me, but I can't help but feel like I'm missing out on a bit by being asexual.

And yes, I am really asexual. Not just, "I don't date," but I have a slight hormone imbalance and I've never been turned on ever.

No. Sex fulfils both physical and spiritual needs and keeps everything else ticking along.
Maybe if every other emotion/physical necessity was abolished along sexual desire, so they wouldn't impede pure thought. Think Space Odyssey.

But just sex? You'd end up as some kind of obese neurotic due to over-fulfilment and deprivation of physical and psychological needs respectively.

I'm mostly asexual. I love romance, and when I get together with someone that's so powerful that for a while I enjoy sex, but then it just goes. I lose interest entirely. It becomes an active turnoff, even. I don't really experience attraction, either. you show me a naked guy or a girl and I'll be like "ok" but if you put them in an awesome outfit (I loves me some steampunk and cyberpunk) then I think it's totally awesome. It's like a painting, I guess. I can appreciate the artistry, I can think that it is beautiful... but I don't want to have sex with it.
