It's a tricky question for sure, but to be fair? If I could be promised no reprecussions, I'd do anything. I'd kill a guy, I'd jump off a bridge, I'd eat an entire chocolate cake, or whatever. I mean, no repercussions means nothing bad could possibly happen. Sweet.

As for the more poignant question of "Would I kill that guy if I got the chance and then just plead guilty and spend the rest of my life in prison?" Probably not. Glenn Beck might get consideration, but he's just not important enough to warrant it. The Christian Fundamentalists of the WBC might be a better choice, but I'd hate to make a martyr out of monsters. In the end, I don't think killing can solve problems, it just makes them worse. What we really need is to shut some people up, and I think there are more progressive ways of doing that than murder.

For you, yes.
If you were given one free murder. You could kill anyone you wanted, without any repercussions. Not even psychological repercussions; you could choose to forget the whole event.

Also, if you could inherit the dead persons possessions, would that change your decision?
Doesn't say anything about it being just you.
Read my edit. Then that is misinterpretation on my part, and I am sorry.

Do I get to choose the method of killing?
May I set it up before-hand?
How many people am I allowed?
How many people am I allowed at once?
What am I allowed to do leading up to the actual killing?

Taking a life is a very serious thing. You're robbing somebody of everything they know, or everything they will come to know, and I don't think I would be able to deal with myself after that.

I'll pass.
Loling how the guy with the Manhunt avatar had such a pacifist answer :)

WBC. The most justified use of napalm that has yet to be made.

1. No need to say you're sorry, dude.
I happens to everyone.

2. And I still think it means the person wouldn't die in the first place.
Edited my first post. Cheers! :D

So me being able to forget the whole situation totally means I have the right to put their family and friends through the grief of losing someone?

How about you think before you type.
Yes. They are not your friends or family. Why do you care?
Because, and this may come as a shock to you, I'm not that kind of person.
I don't feel that I have the right to decide who lives and who doesn't.
Thats funny coming from someone with a Manhunt avatar.
OT: I might but it would have to be some one evil.

I've thought at times "I want to kill you", but I don't really mean it. Until I finally come across a person I honestly want utterly destroyed from the face of the Earth for committing some despicable act (likely to me/family I guess), I'll say I would. I voted 'I wouldn't'.

Well, there are plenty of people I would prevent from ever having existed, but I wouldn't actually want to kill anyone.

Wow, that's a hard choice.

Seriously, that is one mind-bendingly tough decision to make.

Sure, I'd do it, but only one? LIMITING!

...

If I choose the current pope, do I get the Vatican and everything in its archives and vaults?

Tony Blair I'd hang for treason.

Bin Laden I'd decapitate. The FBI are offering $25,000,000 for his head and I heard the Mafia are offering the same amount for the rest of him and that'd make one heck of a difference to ... well, fifty charities of my choice, eh?

So many people, though. So many rapists and child-molesters and abusive corrupt cops and drug-pushers and terrorists and agents provocateurs and people trying to buy governments and governments willing to sell out and genocidal maniacs and ecocidal maniacs and company execs who got rich by cutting corners and then denied responsibility ...

this prick in my grade, lets call him A. he spends his whole time torturing the freshman, and any kids in my grade hes bigger than (especially girls), which is essentially everyone except me and round 20 people. he's broken peoples bones in order to further himself on the football team, even crippling for life one kid. he generally deserves to die, and if no one at least puts him in his place by senior year, ill do it myself
