It kind of depends. Sometimes I'll do it a few times every day, and sometimes I'll go a week or two without it. I've gone a few months without doing so in the past. Though currently it's a least once a week.

1-2 times a week. The reason I'm even answering the thread is because it's kind of baffling me
Two years ago I would have gone crazy without at least 4-5 times a week, which seems insane to me now. What the hell happened? I mean, I know guys supposedly hit their peak at 18, but does it really go downhill that fast? Or did I just get too busy? Or bored of it? Or is there too much other stuff weighing on my mind? Not that I'm complaining, once or twice a week is a pretty practical amount, every day would just get in the way of things. Still, like I said, the sudden drop in frequency kind of baffles me.
