Semi skimmed is either 1% or 2% butterfat while standard whole is 3-3.5% depending on brand and where they get their milk. Here in Wisconsin, we can get whole milk that is closer to 4% if you buy the farmer's direct (i.e. really happy cows).Marter said:2% is semi-skinned, right? That, or 1% is what I like.
