I drink 2%, but I only have milk in my cereal/cooking/hot chocolate. Otherwise I hardly ever drink it, juice is better. >.>

Blugh. Who likes fully skimmed? It's just white water.
To drink I like Whole, but for cereal and the such like (And usually drinking, as I don't buy whole much) I use Semi-Skinned. So I can feel good about myself!

Was I the only one why thought of this song when I saw the thread title?
OT: Semi Skimmed. You want some fat in it, because it's good for you and all that. Just don't intake too much of it.

I drink semi-skimmed, I use whole for pancakes, fully skimmed is polluted water. Don't get me started on soy milk. Ugh...

Funny story: When I was little, I would insist that my dad put blue food coloring in my milk, insisting that it was Pikachu milk.

What was going on in my head?

Also, now I only drink bat's milk.

Uuh, this one;

I suppose it's skimmed milk...?
Mellanmjölk ftw!

1.5%, "semi-skimmed".

Well, in all honesty "regular" 3% milk tastes better, but I only ever drink mellanmjölk to keep my fat intake down.

Whole + ....

I hate this homogenised shit they call milk nowadays ... tastes like water.

So with a 2L you drink 500 mL and then fill it with full cream :D

Now there is a proper glass of milk.

I used to be allergic and had to drink soy milk, but now that that's gone I drink at least three glasses of 2% a day. 1% is tolerable but I don't like skimmed or whole.

A Hermit's Cave
As many others: whole.

It just tastes better than the others, especially skimmed, which is thin and taste-less. Hasn't done anything to me in twenty-five years, so don't see any reason to change.

I like most forms of milk but I tend to automatically go for whole milk in shops, so I'll pick that one.

I like soy milk though, especially chocolate. Never mind that it technically isn't milk, but whatever.
But it always curdles in coffee!

I choose semi-skim...that's 2% I believe. I also like soy. I'm really not too particular when it comes to milk. I prefer strawberry to chocolate and both to regular/unflavored milk...unless that milk is being used to make coffee I guess.

2% is semi-skinned, right? That, or 1% is what I like.
Semi skimmed is either 1% or 2% butterfat while standard whole is 3-3.5% depending on brand and where they get their milk. Here in Wisconsin, we can get whole milk that is closer to 4% if you buy the farmer's direct (i.e. really happy cows).

Semi skimmed milk. I like the taste and it actually lasts till it's expiration date, unlike whole milk, which I found went bad/sour about 2-3 days before its expiration date, and I got sick of having to run out and buy milk after having to throw 2 pints down the sink. Skimmed milk is just terrible.

Whole. I'm a milkaholic, and it's probably the only source of fat entering my body since I have a bizarre fear of eating anything more substantial than a coffee bean. Skim just doesn't have the same taste, it tastes like milk that has been filled with ice and then left out - all watered down. Better than time warmed milk (I do like ice in my milk, but I have to consume it quickly. I hate it warm or watery.) I suppose.

I was just wondering since I was discussing this with my flatmates a while ago and was wondering what my fellow escapists drink, as I am currently drinking a glass of whole milk right know with some jammy dodgers.

Whole= full fat

Skimmed= no fat
Correction:
Whole = Milk
Skim = milk flavored water

Milk is basically fat suspended in water, yes it also contains vitamins, minerals and other nutrients but the main components are fat and water. Remove the fat and it is no longer milk in my opinion.
