"Mum" for me since I'm originally English.

I've had an odd wanting to call her "mummy" recently though.

No idea why. I've never even said that before in my life.

Unless you add an "other" option, your poll basically just asks what region everyone resides in.

I'm English so I say mum.

Mother and Father. Apparently though, when I was younger, I referred to my mother as mum with Canadian inflection, as she hails from New Zealand, and my father by his first name.

"Yes, mother." Dripping with sarcasm.

(although I don't have much cause to address my mom, as we're no longer on speaking terms.)

I'm a bit miffed that there isn't a "both" option. I alternate between the two pretty frequently, but I picked "Mom" because I suppose I use that slightly more.

I say whatever I feel like saying, but I spell it "Mom", because MMMOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM! is more effective than MMMMUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMM!

Both, but most of the time it's "Mother". Our relationship is mostly professional, so her name should also be professional.

I say Mum and I spell it Mum. Although I remember this one time when I was eight years old that I wrote it as Mom for a while, then I snapped out of it and resumed with Mum.

I try to be more proper and say mother, though being an American I tend towards saying mom, though I'll say mum every so often since I watch enough British media to hear it fairly often.

"Mama". Serbian. Other parts of europe say it that way too I think.

Otherwise "mum" since I live in the uk.

Don't knock it 'til you've grown up with it! Englander and Australite babies do a very good job making that short /u/ sound do a lot of work.
