Oh look, another "Wii hate the Wii" thread. (Do you see what I did there?)
I think I'll put in my two cents: (Yeah, you see what I did there.)
The Wii is a legitimate system with popular games that appeal to a vast population of the gamer market. No, the Wii doesn't have a crapton of FPS's with the same brown/gray background. No it doesn't have an Ultimate Spiderman remake where you can throw lightning or tentacles at your enemies. Yes, it does have good games. There's probably a reason there have been more copies of Mario Kart Wii sold than Halo 3. Probably. Maybe. Just possibly. You might not like the system, but it is there, it is popular, and it makes a crapton of money.

Now, I don't know how the list thing works, but they could put a vote thing or something, I don't know. I honestly don't care. I know what games I like for the Wii, and God knows I know when a good (I'm talking Zelda or Brawl level good) one is going to come out, because I'll have prepared myself about four months in advance to buy it.

Theres a wii in my house somewhere, we have SSBB, i played it til i completed it, But havent played it since. For a 17 year old male, the Wii isnt a great console. Im sorry if you hurt or offended by this opinion.

The difference here is on the other hand you had crap tons of excellent titles that only the PS2 could boast, Wii? Not so much.

Name three that aren't Final Fantasy or racing games.

1.) Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil (Loved that platformer)
2.) Tekken Series including my personal favourite Tekken Tag
3.) Jak and Daxter: Precursor Legacy
Bonus!) Soul Calibur 3 (I personally stand by this one being the best in the series)
Bonus! 2) Shadow of Colossus (You just can't beat this one)

Not to mention the system had entire access to the original Playstation's library, which is a haven of excellent games that I could play all day.

I could go on and on and on until I'm blue in the face.

I laughed when you said that Tekken was an excellent game.

Tekken is kind of a "love it or hate it game" so fair enough.
