PETA seems to be trying to appeal to some strange demographic that a) wants some editorial commentary with its pornography and b) isn't turned off of said pornography by graphic pictures of animal cruelty.

"Look at THESE gazombas! And here's a pig being slaughtered! Isn't that terrible?"

A porn site with no one doing oral sex?

I'm sorry, but they've gotta eat the meat to survive.

I hope at one point there was a PETA board meeting and some low ranking PETA guy said "I think we should start our own porn site to get people join us" and that guy got a promotion.

Right, because if its one thing that makes us meat-eaters go hard, it's seeing dead animals.

You know what, PETA? Take your attention grabbing stunts and shortsighted view on animal rights and shove them up your collective skinny tight-asses. Last time I checked, you kill more animals than you do rescue.

Who thought this shit up, who can honestly be this stupid oh wait were talking about PETA now it all makes sense. but will the porn make me join PETA or even think of supporting PETA and that is a big no. Besides I like most of us here already have a porn site I frequent so there really isn't any incentive to go to their site.

EDIT: Post #950 my goal of 1000 posts is in sight now.

YES! BACON FTW! WOOHOO!

Ahh, gotta love it. Well I think this is all technically legal, just need to prove you're 18 somehow, which I've been doing for 10 years of my 22 year life span... wait a minute! So other than the fact kids will almost certainly see it, people would have to say 'gee, wth is PETA anyway?' Has to draw some attention. Of course, 5 seconds later after reading the wikipedia 95% of them will go 'aww, f**k off, screw this', but 5% might go 'oh my gosh!'.

Hmm, I think this requires some investigation. Although not even boobs are powerful enough to get me to stay away from bacon.

I don't know why the bother. This seems awesome. Will it raise awareness though? Maybe not. In fact, I doubt it. If PETA wasn't so crazy they wouldn't need to do stuff like this.
Are you complaining?

Aren't they pulling some batshit insane stunt every few months already?
Yes, and this is their latest stunt.

I guess they decided that raising money through normal channels just wasn't exciting enough. because there's no way they can go back after this.

Yes, this was a better choice than opening animal sanctuaries or zoos.

And claiming this is all in the name of building awareness is pure bull. PETA is notoriously hypocritical and well known for going after things that didn't deserve it (such as Cooking Mama or Super Meat Boy). To me, this just rings of them trying to get attention.

PETA, here are how you protect animals; animal sanctuaries and zoos. DO SOMETHING WITH THOSE.

*sigh*

You know, if PETA ever reads this, here's a quick message for you:

IF you want to be taken seriously, often what you need to do is be PROFESSIONAL about your argument and bring up REASONABLE FACTS when you're trying to make your point. Playing on bullcrap morality only gets you so far, and doing this stunt has probably made the entire world, even the hardcore furries and other PETA supporters, turn against you.

Because seriously? What am I going to see on your porn site? Furries or something? Good job, PETA. Good job.

oh great see hot girl get a boner then see a dead animal, I'm sure this will end well.
OK, this topic is five pages long, I'm sure someone has posted this already, but...A comma really is in order there. Seriously, just read your post again.

Still, you're right: Nobody's going to jump from horny to horrified and shocked to concerned about about animals in the time it takes them to hurriedly close the window once those animals pop up.

THINK before you act, PETA. THINK.
