it depends on how serious me and that girl are/if we are in a relationship/ and if i haven't played games with my friends in a while.
for the most part..probably sex, if the situation was all green lights on the other stuff, and my friends would definitely give me a "GTFO AND GO SQUIRT" so yeah more likely sex, but if i didn't know the girl/she just wanted a one time thing, i'd be with my friends probably in that case.

This is actually something of a tough one, or at least would be if I were really into tabletop games. But I'm assuming it's a choice here - either you get to play the game, or you get to sleep with the hot person of your choosing (i.e. guaranteed best outcome in both cases). If that's how it is, then the hot person (woman, in my case) takes the cake any day.
But if it's a choice between definitely have some fun playing a game with your buddies, and hoping/trying to get some tail with someone who's way out of your league and knows it, I don't know (say another buddy says he's out on town with two hot girls and wants you to join them for a drink, no guarantees but possibilities abound). Depends on the likelihood of sex, I suppose, and on just how awesome the average game night is.
That said, I'm not a big tabletop gamer (scratch that - I'm not one at all, barring a few Warhammer games), so yeah.

A table top game?! Yeah, I'll take the sex. No contest here. Besides, games can be played at any time. Sex is more situational...sometimes.
Yeah, sex is good, but having a good time with your best buddies, even if it is just them making fun of you for choosing them over sex, is always better :3
Well since my wife runs our sessions generally...but really it's sex. So yeah I pick sex. Sex is good sex is great. Also since we are in an open marriage and she's bi, there's always the option of another woman being involved and I would miss funerals for a threesome.
Tabletop gaming i can do any day of the week, as my friends aren't too far away. Sex on the other hand trumps that as its a lot harder to get regularly, even with a steady girlfriend. ATM, she prefers shopping.

If the girl is already my girlfriend and we've been having sex, I'd go to the game.
If the girl is someone I've only just started dating, and this is going to be an important milestone in our relationship I'll go with the sex.
