a shitty one :( can't afford one right now, plus the hard drive itself cant handle it. I just realized how pathetic my computer is lol. Oh well my brother has a laptop that can run Crysis at almost full quality with little lag

I really don't care about the brands. I just want a good one. Currently, I have a Dell. Express Chip set. Integrated.

And my friends wonder why I don't play PC games...

There should be a 3rd option for both, seeing as how I have Nvidia on my PC and ATI on my laptop.

The poll and the thread don't match - I currently have an ATI 4890, but I prefer nVidia in general. The 4890 just happened to be the best I could get at that price range here

lol?? how don't they match? You may own a video card of one manufacturer but prefer the other instead. My first card was an ATI but when i had the opportunity to buy a new card i chose nVidia instead.

I have an nVidia GeForce 8400 that came with my PC. All the PC nerds who read this are now facepalming. Why the fuck do new graphics cards have to be so damned expensive anyway?

Nvidia 8800GT Mad little card, and cheap too, hasn't failed me so far, runs Bioshock 2 with little to no lag.

I have a Nvidia 8800 GTS 640 MB which have served me extremely well in the nearly 2 ½ years I've had it. While I mainly use my PS3 for gaming nowadays, I still think It'll be able to handle new games (like C&C4) quite comfortably.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570.
No Idea what manufacturer I prefur, as far as I'm concerned as long as I can play my games I don't really care what their running on (as long as it's a PC, no consoles).

Because it's asking two different questions - the poll says which manufacturer do you prefer, but the title says which do you own, which in my case are two different things

I have a tower that runs an ATi Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB, and a laptop that runs on an nVidia 8600GT 256MB. I like both, but I've had better times dealing w/ ATi's customer service than nVidia's in the past (starting w/ the Rage Pro and GeForce 3, my 1st GPUs from each company).

Right now 9600M GT which is currently Overclocked so its like a 9700. It does the job quite well though planning on moving onto a GT 160M aka 9800M GTS. Going to be very happy with that one.
