I originally picked Dwarven constructs cause of those bloody spheres, if I don't shoot them in slow mo eagle eye mode they absolutely butcher me.

I've never struggled to kill a troll, I don't see the big problem here.

Dragons that don't land annoy the hell out of me, it's like "dude, stay still ffs"

I realised after that Skeevers and Bears are probably the biggest pain in my ass, also Bounty Hunters. But I never see Skeevers, they just show up out of nowhere, and I tend to sprint up a bear's ass cause he's lying in the road and blending in a bit too well...

There is nothing I hate in this game more than Lydia though, she's not an enemy, but she gets in the way like nobody's business...

#2 Dwarven Constructs: these guys don't seem to take much damage from bows (my main damage source), so they're a pain to deal with. The Spheres are especially bad, bursting from those vents in the wall and ganging up on me.
Don't aim for the torso or head, aim for the sphere they roll around on.

For the little ones, aim for the crystal.

For the really big ones, aim for the joints. Watch out for the steam breath.

Ice Wraiths are plain annoying, as are enemy mages. Other than those two, I don't particularly mind any enemy type.

Dragons #1- the only enemy that can really kill me due to their 1-shot nomnom animation, against which there is no counter. Seriously, they might as well use a .kill command and save themselves the trouble of having to move 5 feet. (playing as a stealth archer with 80% magic resist and the best armor in the game enchanted with +hp and +archery dmg)
#2- Draugr- simply because there are so many of them. I do 1-shot the murderking deathbosses while sneaking though, so that's something.

I have two:

Firstly (mainly to get it out of the way) is dragons, simply because they will flap about overhead for five bloody minutes before deigning to land, only to then take off again and be distracted by a f*cking fox three miles away and fly off halfway through a fight. I've said it before and I'll say it again - they are Skyrim's Cliffracers.

Secondly are bloody Wispmothers. In dungeons they're ok, but out in the open they develop the tactic of shooting ice spikes at you whilst continually moving backwards (without ever getting stuck on terrain, mark you) which means you can never close the distance on the bloody things. The number of times I've been killed by Wispmothers who were constantly backpedaling is beyond funny.

Draugr, or to be specific, the ones that can shout your weapon out of your hand. The idea is good, but I hate searching for my beloved sword on the ground and the fact, that you have to put it into your favorites again sucks. It's not hard, just boring and annoying.

Any high level ice mage, will have to try a nord class sometime.
Totally agree, they give me more trouble than anything even Ancient Dragons (I'm an Imperial).

If they manage to drain my stamina down to nothing my warrior is pretty helpless against them.

The best thing to do against them is to whip out your bow and take them out from long range if possible.

Blocking with a shield is also really helpful if you've specialized in it.

I've maxed out block so I can shield charge them at running speed with my shield up (which also gives me a +50% resistance to fire, frost and shock)and once I hit them they go flying which gives me an opportunity to close in and polish them off.

If you haven't specialized with a shield as I have then using the "Become Ethereal" shout is handy since it will make you invincible long enough to close the distance and cut them down.

Now I have even more reason to hate dragons. Two blood dragons decided to land in Riverwood and fuck shit up at the exact same time. Killed almost everyone. The blacksmith, Sven, Camilla..

Bears, they run as fast as I do, and they have a ton of health and can kill me with a few swipes.

I said General Humanoids BECAUSE there's always at least one or two guys every battle that are just like everyone else (just a Draugr, not Restless or Deathlord or anything for example) that suddenly have 20X health and start hitting 5X harder than their friends. Don't even get me started on Hagravens and Chaurus....admittedly once you can summon two Dremora Lords things get better.

Caster's who are outside. For some reason they see you coming from miles away and usually you don't have time to stealth before they shoot you in the face with concentrated lightning.

Only ones who give me any problem.

Wolves. Only because they are everywhere and keep jumping me.

Dragons die in one to 5 hits.
Dwarven constructs die in one to three.
Humanoids die in one to three.
Frostbite Spiders die in one or two.
Draugr die in one to three.
Trolls die in two.
Giants die in two.
Dragon Priests die in two or three.
Attronachs die in one or two.
Dremora die in one or two, and I am immune to their fire attacks once I summon a flame attronach to make them stop their fire attacks and run up to fight me with a dagger instead.

In case you are wondering, normal difficulty, level 52, Full Daedric oversmithed beyond legendary by 3 levels, dual wielding Daedric swords. The average lifespan of my enemy is about 2 seconds. Can range from 0.5 to 3.5 though, dependant on my reaction times. Elemental Fury rapes is all I have to say.
You should get yourself some mods man.

Try these two.

For more powerful dragons: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3829

For more powerful everything: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1269

They'll work together too which will up the power of dragons another notch on top of what the dragon mod does on its own. The dragon one has the option of "more difficult" and "ludicrous difficulty" If you want to really test your character, go with ludicrous, up your difficulty to max, then go do some dragon hunting.

Just be sure to be wearing some serious elemental resistance or you wont survive a single breath attack.

I don't despise any particular enemy, just that one OP boss-type mob that every dungeon has, who insta-kills my mage when I so much as blink.

High level mages are the only mobs that can still wreck my shit, especially when they keep spamming spells instead of switching to a feeble little dagger as most ranged mobs do when I rush their asses. Their spells seem to do so much more damage than mine, so I usually just try to chop them up. The delights of being a Battlemage, having the best of both worlds.

Dragons: Not because I have a hard time killing them (except the fire types, my frost magic isn't very good) but because I see them as pests.

Seriously, the legendary and heroic dragonborn is reduced to a mere exterminator.

Just a quick hint for the arachnophobes:
There's a very popular mod out there that turns all spiders in the game into bears.
Only their appearance changes, so it doesn't mess up your game.
Go looking for it at the Skyrim Nexus (just google that).
I thought about that, but it felt like it wouldn't be much better than to just console 'em dead. I'll just zoom the camera out, unfocus my eyes and smack 'em dead the usual way. Combat the phobia and all.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the sabre tooth. I doubt they're an endangered species, and if they are, they aren't endangered enough.

1.falmer and chaurus
2.oneshoting mages
3.wispmoters/ice wraiths (both are hard to see and i think wispmothers spawn other things)
