Twilight sparkle, because not only is her name an oxy moron, but she is also a hypocrite. How can you be freaking magical and yet still be a skeptic which demands evidence!?!? Or perhaps Pinkie Pie, because she is insane and randomly breaks into song.
I can't choose pinke pie is a physical embodiment of sugar rush,apple jack is just charming, rainbow dash is pure awesome, fluttshy is just adorable, twilight is just a smart ass, and rarity can whine like no other.

Also: assuming because MLP is a girl's show, the main plots involve hair is pretty short sighted. It's those kind of assumptions that are exactly why Lauren Faust has made this show so wildly successful... by NOT letting it do that. In fact it's one of the specific things (girl shows are inherently mindless and can only be enjoyed by prepubescent girly girls) she tried to prove wrong (successfully) with this show.
