I'll keep an open mind on it, but the better games on the Wii could be played mostly with a proper controller. Guess we'll see how much more money can be made from casual gamers as I think traditional gamers have had their fill of motion sensing.
Nintendo took the risk of putting the wiimote at the heart of the console as they know too well that add-on controllers tend to fail - even light guns struggled to make it on some systems as there were limited games to use them with. Unless microsoft take away our controllers I think it will fail. That goes double for the PS3 stuff as that's just a carbon copy of the wii.

I'm thinking no and it was the Forza thing that made me think no... cause I read all about how the driving simulator had basically been turned into an arcade limited steering simulator for the motion control nonsense. It was at that point I thought, wow that sounds just awful.
I saw the title and I was really hoping for a "Hell NO!" choice, but no I have a Wii for all of my motion crap. It does look rather interesting as to future possibilities. I just think that it has a place in things other than gaming. It seems a bit gimmicky for me to take it seriously, rather than a chance at taking some of Nintendo's market away from them.
