A demon goes to earth to fight the Angels and cause evil acts.

An Angel fights the demons,and makes sure people don't discover Angels and Demons exist. This usually means killing them. Horrifically.

Which do you choose? You can also use earthly weapons,and in both cases your corpse reverts to it's normal state and you dig yourself out of the ground (Or wherever you end up)
and in both cases, you fly.

Actually, it is in the bible that God said not to murder. but God is also a just God. One Israelite killed a man and a woman committing adultery and God was pleased with it.
