Well, I've had an account and regularly visited for about 5 years now but have the post count of someone who's probably only been here a month or two.

Plus the whole name change thing I did and the completely unremarkable comments, I doubt anyone would recognise me though that's not exactly an easy thing to gauge in of itself.

I'm sure a lot of you remember the guy with the slapping Kirk avatar, but I doubt I'm much more memorable than that.

As someone who is really good with names and faces, a lot of the people here you said "No one knows me." Don't worry, Elfgore knows you.
See, it's funny since I just realised who you were, for you have changed your avatar. And I just came here from another thread (the Saints Row 3 vs 4 one) where I spent about half a minute staring at it.
Yep, I can't keep an avatar for more than three months without getting bored of it. One of my greatest weaknesses. Probably doesn't help that this is the first I've had in at least two years that isn't an anime girl.

Random thing here as well. You were one of the first people I can recall knowing of here.

I think there are maybe two people who recognize me and that's it. One of them once quoted me asking me Why you always so down Johnny? The other knows me as That Guy From Argentina.

The spinning avatar might help, but I don't anyone recognizes me.
I've been a member for a long time, but I'm usually lurking around. Either I don't want to put the effort in commenting, or someone's already said my opinion in a much more concise manner.

I don't think anyone on here would recognize me if I quoted them or something. They may see the Lemongrab and go "I've seen that before," but I'm doubting they'd making any further connections, like my general writing/commenting style. I'd say given time maybe, but I highly doubt that as well, I've been around here for years, and I'm still pretty unknown, so unless I started posting in every thread and started spending gobs of time on here, I don't think I'm going to get the recognition I'd like to see.

I think some people recognize me. I really don't engage in much user group activity (despite being in several), so yeah.

This...this is beautiful. It's like you waited all these years just for this, like you knew your time had come. I love it.

Idk, some people may recognize me? Maybe? I like to think I've been regular enough to at least have my avatar at the time recognized.
[sub]Or perhaps not. I'm not very active outside the forum proper.[/sub]
[sub][sub]Yeah probably not.[/sub][/sub]
[sub][sub][sub]User groups make me kind of uncomfortable.[/sub][/sub][/sub]

I dunno.

I think I'm recognizable with some people, but those people are from the Brovengers group mainly. Outside of that, who knows. I haven't been posting much around here anyways, and I don't even think I was that recognizable before that.

What I'm trying to say is that I'm not important. :D

I'm pretty sure I'm not well known amongst the regulars besides a few specific people. I am curious if people recognize my user name, or my avatar more. Admittedly, I know more users via their avatars, except for a few certain users who switch their avatars a lot, but post enough that I know their names.

For the people who do know me, I would assume they know I am a big Zelda/Pokemon/Nintendo fan, and that I post only in game centric threads and usually stay out of the venomous ones.

Semi-recognisable, maybe? I don't know.

People have sent me messages about my avatar(s) before anyway.

Very few people on here would recognize me. I have been on the site for a long time, but I don't post all that much.

Don't worry Johnny, I still remember you from the Pokemon forum games we had going awhile back! I really miss those days.

I used to be a fairly active member of The Escapist, although to speak of my notoriety amongst these digital halls I cannot say. I would never consider myself to be "popular" by the traditional meaning of the word, but I would like to feel that some people recognize me here for my username alone.

I change my avatar fairly frequently so I know I have that working against me, but I've been trying to come back to The Escapist forums more recently in the hopes that there is actually something noteworthy to talk about other than ethics and #Gamergate-type stuff (I really, really don't care).

Nobody seems to mention me in threads where I'm not already present, but I don't hold it against anybody. I'm a fairly humble person. If my presence here amounts to "just another user" then that is fine by me, I think.

I wouldn't say I'm too well known. I don't think I post often enough or am a member of enough usergroups to keep a high enough profile.

And I try to avoid most flamewars and direct arguments if possible, which from what I can see is another way to gain notoriety.

Which is just the way I like it:)

I mostly post on the news forums; I've only recently trudged into the Gaming and Off-Topic discussions. As such, I very much doubt that I am recognizable. I am not, as they say, the "hot shit."

I do not exist, and that's fine. But two or three people said I had a cool username, so maybe two or three people recognize me.
You'll always be the person who asked me if they could colour a drawing of mine.
haha yea. I think 2 days later I woke up with some eye infection and focusing on the same spot for too long was making me cry, literally. Took me quite a while to get my eyes back to normal. I chose 2 drawings, but life's keeping me busier than usual, so I haven't finished yet.
