YES!! I completely agree, though I hope Microsoft takes action before them and allows the Xbox360 to have downloadable porn.

Let's be serious people, if it has the ability to go online then there should be an ability to search for porn. This would actually help the industry as well since most people download it for free, allowing another media where finances go directly to the makers would be fantastic. Also, BEWBS!!!!!

im so gunna get flamed for this but, dosent the 360 seem like the better choice for porn distribution...i meen (and i may be misinformed here) isnt the ps3 the "family console" whereas the 360 seems to corner the frat boy market if yahtzee is to be believed so surely it would be better, and most people with ps3`s have computors lol whereas there maybe some 360 owners who cant work out that you have to click the mouse twice (sits back and waits for flames)

And secondly, Duh of course you wont get a 100% accurate age check, I kept plundering why the hell they put "Are you above 18? Yes / No" question on such sites. The makers probably think that people are stupid enough or just not curious enough to press yes and what not. Youd have to get an I.D. check every time you enter those sites for a more accurate check, and guess what, just use your parents I.D. no one will know ^^
Sickens to think that when a person can get along with anyone but doesent want to just because This is simpler. Verry degrading idea.

i think those age checks are mainly for legal reasons although not effective it means that if threatened by legal action for lets say distributing porn to minors the people who own the website can just say "well we did warn you about the content"
