Who the hell comes up with these questions? Seriously.

The poll is awfully biased. Not everyone loves facebook out of those who use it. And not everyone uses it for anything aside from coordinating events with a group of people that would be hard to reach otherwise.

Whoever writes these "Voice of the people" questions should do a better job. Sure, at least this isn't the VS bullshit that was on a few weeks ago, but this still sucks. Don't be biased when you're making a poll. You aren't a politician.

Well, I would under certain conditions, to be honest I only have it to chat with my girlfriend, so... that's the only reason I have it

I will once I finish my studies abroad. I created the account to be closer to my buddies back home so I won't be needing it when I head back.

Where's the option for yes or no?

First Turians and Krogans missing now this.

Needs an 'eventually' option, because at the moment I need it for the sports team I'm in but I don't use it religiously
Have to agree with this. Not enough options in this poll, as although I use it now, eventually there will come a time when I use it and don't require another social networking option.

Yeah I would, it's just that I have a lot of friends that I don't see, who I like to be in touch with. But it isn't essential to me. I'll probably quit in the future...
You really should have had more options. Like "I plan on quitting" or I don't use it. Just to bring more people and results.

Despite the outcry surrounding Facebook's questionable privacy policies, Quit Facebook Day flopped in a big way. Would you quit Facebook? Why or why not?

Why is there no "I never used it" option? Quite frankly, I always considered Facebook to be terrible and the whole privacy issue makes it even less likely I will ever register.

I protest at the lack of "I will if they screw my privacy over one more time." option in the poll because that is what I feel like right now.

If I had no more reason to go on it, I would get rid of it. I would drop it if need be though.

There's no option for never had one like me.
Same with me. Never quite saw the appeal, there are plenty other, better, ways to stay in touch with people.

I'm suprised so many people are against it, maybe its because i don't highly value my privacy but i think facebook is a wonderful invention it's just soo easy to keep in touch with people and meet up with people you havent seen in years, hell it put me in touch with an old school friend and we've been meeting up regularly for a year now.

Yes, but I don't really see the need for doing so.

I like to keep in contact with local and long distance friends and relatives, so what?
No reason to quit.

I guess I can see people feeling insecure about the privacy policies, but they don't both me in any way.
I don't have much to hide.
Plus, this poll is applied to everyone whom has used Facebook before, because the writer was curious to know after the whole "privacy fiasco."
Saying you've never used it before doesn't really apply to the recent events, but is okay to state it. Begging for the poll option will get tiresome.

The question was, "Would you quit." Not, "Du yew leiky teh FacEboOk?!?!!"

Despite the outcry surrounding Facebook's questionable privacy policies, Quit Facebook Day flopped in a big way. Would you quit Facebook? Why or why not?

1) Already did. -Meaning "The privacy policies or other issues bugged me enough to leave."

2) Only if there was only social networking site. -Meaning "The issues somewhat irritate me, but I will only go if my friends will."

3) I can't live without it. -Implying humor, but meaning "It is too much of a hassle to switch or I find no problem with it."

Where is this biased, again?

Urg... I miss the days when Facebook wasn't bogged down with all the crap like it is now, but unfortunately, until I've finished planning my cousin's bachelor party, I just plain CAN'T get rid of it.

Of course, I'll always find reasons not to leave, not least of them being that I'm just to indifferent to do something about it.
