Yuna is the only character on this poll that has even had remotely a romantic storyline. Every other character on this poll does not have any romance story in any of those games (Lara Croft might be an exception I only played TR1 and shes not a cartoon character so I can assume she's had dates in the past).

Other - Zoe Castillo from Dreamfall, probably the most developed female protagonist in video game history.

The biggest heart breaker in the list however is Samus Aran, always out, she never calls to say she'll be late home, and when she does come home and I want "a chat" she turns into a ball and rolls into a place thats inaccessible to my un ball like body.

Samara in Mass Effect 2.

While I was rather let down by the emotional aspect of ME2 (or lack thereof) BioWare did a brilliant job with Samara and Jack. But while the latter could result in successful romance, the former would shoot you down no matter how close you'd grown to be.
And that's what stings. It's a mutual attraction. But still she can't budge.

That's real easy. Samus. She has never been nor never will be shown with a man ever. The closest was "Adam" from Fusion, but that was more of a boss guy she respected, and less of a 'love interest.' Unless you're in a mario RPG, you can't have a love interest with a computer.
