I am getting it. My brother actually managed to annoy my parents so much that they pre-ordered it for us, and it'll be in my mail box tomorrow morning.
My brother will probably play it A LOT while I'm playing Starcraft 2, so it's more of "his" game, even though I OBLITERATE him at shooters.

I might buy it, today I got £20 worth of vouchers for where I work. And the games there are usually cheaper plus I get 10% staff discount.
I will be getting it eventually, but not for a while. I've started to buy games for £20 or less only as to be honest there are loads I still haven't played, so why pay more just because something's new. I know a lot of CoD players need to play multiplayer stright away and measure their epeens with their prestige level but I'm not really bothered by multiplayer. Just another reason why the game isn't worth £40 to me (if it even costs that much, I haven't even looked).

I'm extremely picky about the games I buy. (As of this writing I only have four). Not to mention I never preorder anything no matter how much I'm anticipating it. I didn't even preorder God of War 3, and I was jumping out of my skin for that game.

Never played the series, not a fan of "realistic" war shooters and simply not interested in general.
I have Fallout to play, and Assassins Creed Brotherhood coming up and that's it for me until next year. Although the latest Borderlands DLC may be bought as well.

Hell yes. For all the complaining, this site in particular, CoD is still a very fun, twitch based shooter. Certainly better than the likes of Reach (which I alos like).
My brother will probably play it more than I will but I just really want it for the Semtex Crossbow. I haven't used a fun crossbow since Half-Life 2.
I was planning on getting it on launch day, which in my country it's Nov. 13th But I spent a lot of money on games this month (7 titles xD) and I'm outta cash, next month I'll be getting it along with Splatterhouse if it comes out.
