I would love to be a games journalist. Unfortunately, lack of confidence in my creative writing abilities prevents me from doing anything about it.

Voice Actor. I'd probably only be good for generic characters though D:
Project Man. I like correndating (spelling) teams
Game Design. They let Molyneux do it, why can't I :p

Game designer as a main goal but wouldn't mind working as programmer of a voice actor (I can do spanish stereotypes.)

Games Tester! Simple to do just do what I do on my time off but get paid for it =]
So you wanna play one level of a game over and over and over and over and over for 2 weeks, and whenever you find a bug or glitch you have to keep finding ways of hitting that glitch again and writing a 5-page long essay describing what you did?

OT:

Marketer or Project Manager(I assume this means I get to basically be the idea guy).

I'd love to do animation for games. Animating in 3D Software is a lot of fun.

Everything but marketer. Including "Other", and that means I'd get coffee for the devs before I'd try to market a game.

Designer or concept artist. Probably artist, because I love drawing. Or maybe the modeler, because I like 3D modeling too.

I've always wanted to do voice acting, never figured out how to get into that career track though.
