Not true. Surely the "saved" will have ascended and people would notice that, y'know, half the population has gone missing? OT: I can't believe how adamantly people are willing to believe things like this. The world isn't going to end. Not now, not a hundred years from now, only when the sun burns out, explodes, and engulfs the entire solar system. We had a better chance of it being the end of the world during the Y2K panic when computers would go apeshit than we do of any 'divine apocalypse'.
