Rate Green Lantern's Film Costume

Wasn't Seth Rogen meant to be the Green Lantern at some point?

He's playing the Green Hornet, sounds the same though very different to the Lantern, like a cross between Batman and the Punisher.

The trailer for it was released a few weeks ago actually, you can see it on YouTube and stuff, it doesn't look too bad, it depends on your taste.

I noticed. Is it a movie or something? Can't be a new tv show.

It's a reboot of the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie by Fran and Kaz Kuzui. Apparently it won't use any characters from the t.v show and Joss Whedon is not involved at all, so I'm going to give it a pass.

OT: I think the suit looks okay, but they went a little overboard on the glowing lines. I know he's the Green Lantern, but he doesn't have to look like a flashing light bulb.

This might be bad. It has an "old batman" movie feel to it. Plus I think ryan renolds would have made a better Flash.

The little green glowy lines are unnessecary, but I like it, other than that. I give it a 7 out of 10.

Overall, I give it a 7/10. It looks like it's bound to his and....I don't know, that just creeps me out a tad.

Doesn't look like a Green Lantern suit to me. Just dark green skin with neon a neon/fiber-optic lit muscle structure. It looks cool but not very GL

I'm having a harder time accepting that the bloke in that picture is Ryan Reynolds than I am accepting the costume design.

I like it, by the way.

BZZZT wrong. The joke in the comics is that Deadpool looks like Reynolds...once you get past all the cancer.

Specifically, Deadpool says that he looks like a cross between Ryan Reynolds and a Shar Pei.

Reynolds as the Green Lantern just doesn't look right. He just doesn't quite convey that whole "super cop of the galaxy" look.

It's okay. I'm not too fond of the whole "muscle lines" look, though. Makes it look like someone skinned him and dyed him the green lantern color.
