What happens when an unstopable force meets an immovable object?
Both things cannot exist as they contradict each other.
Not necessarily. Unstoppable does not mean you can't redirect it.
I believe the original is irresistible force, and anyway if you redirect it you are changing the nature of the force as F=ma and a is a vector quantity.

Now I have to find a way to say it without sounding like a prick hmmm...
It could be redirected back the way it came if it's mass became negative...

[sub]I hope people realise that I'm not meaning this as a serious suggestion.[/sub]

I've got one:

What is greater than God, more evil than the Devil? The poor have it and the rich need it? If you eat it, you will die?

Also, you had better know this one:

This thing all things devours:
Birds, beasts, trees, flowers;
Gnaws iron, bites steel;
Grinds hard stones to meal;
Slays king, ruins town,
And beats high mountain down.

What is it?
Nothing.
Genius!

Do you not know the second one? I thought everyone (at least most people on here) knew that one.

And you didn't use Google did you?
Nah, I just knew it. And the second one is time.

Post Riddles, Answer Riddles.

In a room with only 2 exits are two guards, of which one will always tell the truth, and one will always lie, and you do not know which is which. One exit leads to certain death, the other to freedom. You may ask ONE guard ONE question. What do you ask to guarantee your freedom?
Ask 'tell me which is the safest path?' The honest one will point me in the right direction and the liar will too point the right direction to freedom

I've got one.

What is now my favorite, was once detested. I shrunk from it like flame, but now I cannot get close enough to it. What/who am I?

A man lies face down, dead, and naked in an open field. In his hand he holds a straw. In the distance there are high voltage power lines. How did he die?

I apolgise if anyone's already answered this. It's: 'What would your brother say if I asked him, "which door leads to freedom?'
The one who lies will say the wrong door, and so would the one who tells the truth. So you pick the door neither of them says.

Woman walks into a restaurant, orders albatross. Takes one bite, leaves the restaurant and later shoots herself in the head. Why did she do it?
A helpful hint: the woman had recently been involved in aplane crash. They had landed on a desert island, many died, and they had initially struggled to find food.

And no, it's not 'cause she didn't like the taste.

Say Nothing?
Edit: Command him to let him go?

The more you take the more you leave behind. What are they?

"Riddle me, riddle me, rot-tot-tote!
A little wee man, in a red red coat!
A staff in his hand, and a stone in his throat;
If you'll tell me this riddle, I'll give you a groat."

Who knows their Beatrix Potter?

"A house full, a hole full! And you cannot gather a bowl-full!"

1. You have two old-fashioned hourglasses. One contains five hours of sand, one contains eight. How would you go about timing eleven hours?
Find a better way of measuring time.

I've got a doozy right here.

What is the beginning of the end, the end of every place, the beginning of eternity, and the end of time and space?

Yes, this is a real riddle, with a real answer.

Here is a riddle taken from Kurt Vonnegut's fantastic book The Sirens of Titan.

A man is locked in a room with nothing but a calander and a matress, how does he survive?
He survives on dates and... I forget the second part.
