Nice to see the Secret Service people are just like me in at least one way.

Mistake? But thats true about FOX.

I bet FOX doesn't like it because its fact, and they don't like facts.

I officially love this guy. And I'm sure that FOX is none too pleased. Which makes me pleased.
I agree with all of you, but there's something that bothers me. Everyone knows FOX news has an agenda, that it misinforms. The white house press dinner was a nice example of that. And yet everyone continues to simply look the other way and allow it to continue existing. This seems just a little insane to me.

"Hello, Pot. My name's Kettle. What's that? I'm black? Have you looked in a mirror lately?" Let me ask you one simple question. "When's the last time you actually watched Fox News?" Hell, I wouldn't mind getting an answer to that from everyone who's ripping on that network.
About a week ago. For the most part I spend Saturday watching unedited clips from various news programs and checking around the internet for other sources of news. I like to have a wide-base to draw information from in order to have a well informed opinion about current events from. I also like to check sources to try and make sure the information I'm finding is reliable.
It seems that Sikratua has flounced. You know these fox news types, they like to adopt a persecution complex to give them something to rage against. The main stream media is out to get them; liberal elites; socialists blah blah etc etc. The irony of the fact that they are the biggest news channel in america or something is completely lost on them.

Since when has any major news outlet?

OT; Is America so fucking sue happy they are afraid of Fox lawyering up to make a quick buck? Are they seriously so terrified of hurting the big bad news corporations feelings? Jesus wept...
I don't think it has anything to do with being afraid of any lawsuit from FOX (I'm not even seeing what FOX could meaningfully sue anyone for based on the tweet). I'd imagine it has more to do with a non-partisan government agency not wanting to appear as if it's passing any kind of critical judgment on FOX.

Funny as this is, why do the U.S. Secret Service have a Twitter account? OK it's not uncommon for companies to use Twitter nowadays, but an organisation like this you would have thought wouldn't have a Twitter account, or at least have someone responsible to use it.
"Tweets from Secret Organisations", hmm? That sounds like a thread in itself.

Let's see how Foxnews blows this completely out of proportion and wait for the formula on how it means President Obama is Hitler.

Calling it now.
Like they don't do that already?

"Obama ate a sandwich. It had the crust on it. You know who else ate his sandwich with a crust? HITLER!"

They simply said the current program they were watching was full of blathering. They did not "insult" the whole channel. Such an over reaction.

How would everyone feel if this guy made some comment about a liberal issue or network? Would it still be funny then?

Government employees MUST demonstrate a certain level of public decorum.
