Serial Killer Round 59: Wake Up Machine (Game over)

So that's the setting kinda done, just waiting for more players and we'll start tomorrow.

[HEADING=1]Regarding the Number System being dropped[/HEADING]​

So I've had some people in PMs and the thread alike asking why you don't need to send a number anymore; it's because the system the game had for handing out roles was broken as hell, and here's some clarification.

A bit of maths, Probability to be exact:

The two best roles (the Killer and the Spy) was given to you when you have the furthest or second furthest number to what the GM had. What if a picked number 1 in every single round? Since there is no number that can be chosen which is lower than 1, and the highest is 100, it means that as long as the GM number is above 50 I automatically have the furthest number away from anyone. This potentially means I could be the Killer in every round I'm joining approximately 50% of the time.

The giving of roles is now done completely randomly, so maybe I'll pull names out of hat or something and for future GMs it's up to them how they do it.

Now, I hope I've explained it properly and this change will remain.

@Aero: I'd always assumed it was there for a reason, and even though I thought that picking numbers gave people a bit too much choice rather than chance in getting roles, it seemed like something the head honchos would take care of (and did, apparently XD).

Hold on. Killer was determined by closest number, right? Medics were always furthest.

@SirDerpy: I said it in the UN chat to Barbas. I got a wonderful green striped blouse, a dress suit vest, and to somewhat make up man points, I bought a black fedora. There was also a baby blue short sleeve jean jacket blouse I was going to get, but I misplaced it, along with a nurse shirt that would go good with my brown nurse pants I got from a garage sale and...wow, does it seem awkward when I go into detail about this.

Alright, I can only fit one more person in the banner so once we reach 23 people we'll start immediately but the game will also start in a few hours from now no matter what also.

@FPLOON: Orange and the colours close to it have already been used so I gave you the colour which is the closest to white instead, hope that's okay.

I chose 8 and you chose 96, both very high or very low numbers. I got the Medic role first, then the game restarted and you got it.

Aaand that just proves my point exactly to why the number system has dogshit.

@McFrappe: Eh, I'm fine with you getting the role instead of me in that round now that I've sorta climbed up the ranks with this game as a whole. In the last couple of rounds I was the Lawyer then Killer and now I'm GMing as a council member who has probably changed the game's rules forever. XD

The game has started and the banner is now complete with everyone's chosen colour!

I've also made a change to this raundo exclusively and it's not much so don't throw a fit or anything.
