In all seriousness, in this case, if they're doing a psych profile oriented towards your psychological weaknesses (a la Bizarro Match.com), the idea would be that it is in your favor to be honest. If an accurate profile produces a scarier/more disturbing experience, and you came to the game with the intent of being scared/disturbed by it, you would want to be honest.
Now I just feel the sickening urge to see this film.

All sounds a bit 'Hostel' to me however, grim torture and sexual violence for its own sake.
Strangely I have no problem with violence, but torture and people taking pleasure in violent acts kinda creeps me out.
I'm guessing it's out there for the shock value and pretty riding on people going to see because they heard it pushes boundaries, not because they heard its a great movie.
If they have the usual hidden object hunt, most players will never find one clitoris without a map and an FAQ, never mind the traditional hundred.

I think something like this would make me play twice: once properly where I put in what actually scares me so that the game is good, and another time when I turn on and say "Oh yes, my fears include sunny beaches and sexy women giving my chocolate and telling me how awesome I am - Now make me a game about it!" and see what happens.
The tailoring of the game to one's claimed fears seems interesting, but I don't see how the game would be able to compensate for every phobia a person could have. It will probably end up adopting some stupid checklist that the player just chooses from to make the designing easier.
I don't know why people are freaking out this much, anyone who's ever played a game based on a movie would be able to tell anyone who hasn't that they are hardly ever faithful to the subject matter/feel of what they're based on. Most of the sex and violence will probably end up being implied at best and cut out completely at worst, anyway. It'll all depend on what acceptable in the societies it's released in.

Well, honestly it kind of lost my interest as soon as I heard the multiple versions thing. To begin with I was thinking "Wow, sounds like someone is getting serious about making an 'M' rated game even if it's based on some obscure foreign movie". Then when I hear the bit about making multiple versions so they can pander to censors I was of course crushed.
Truthfully, I hope they at least include subtitles in the version for Denmark (assuming that is the uncensored version) that way I can try and find a back-channel way of obtaining it like I did with "The Witcher" (import).
