Well, I mean its one of those fetishes that you really can't indulge in since I think its all about being swallowed whole not really having chunks bitten off you. I never thought about the... lubrication aspect of it, I always just assumed it had more to do with the feeling of being surrounded by something, in which case you could probably get the feeling with a heavy blanket.
