You were only my friend for a minute before I got bored of you and melted you with fire until you were a small, pile of ashes next to your former comrade (who also became a zombie).

Still though, if it weren't for you, I never would have thought of killing a new person and reanimating them to carry my stuff every 50 feet or so; until the next person came along until we found a shop. In a way, I owe my wealth to you. I sure couldn't have carried all that loot myself. I'm a necromancer, not a warrior after all.

Wait, the companions can die? Because I saw Lydia hit by a giant, go flying 500 feet in the air, come flying back down, and go right back to attacking the bastard that did it to her.

I thought Lydia was nigh-immortal myself, she'd get knocked down in most fights then get back up afterwards, I started taking it for granted untill a particularly nasty mob of Falmer knocked her down and then finished her off. I was a little more careful with my companions after that.

You randomly decided to follow me, but you activated a trap and got yourself squished against the ceiling. I then went and looted your corpse for anything, but you had nothing because you were just a stray dog.

There's a dog??? Where!? I'd never take him traveling with me because I wouldn't want to get a dog killed, but he can stay in my house and I can feed him venison.

Anyway, I haven't had anyone die. I wouldn't cry over Lydia's death, though. She has no personality. I wish Bethesda had taken notes from Obsidian after seeing the New Vegas companions.

You tried to help me fight those mages but wedged yourself in that archway not letting me get through to help you fight them. Then by the time I went around, you and the fire mage took off. By the time I caught up she had killed you and mysteriously launched you fifty feet into the air.
