The Groudon, Ho-oh, Giratina, Lugia, and Kyogre figures in front of my TV. I have a decent amount of nerdy stuff in my room, but those are the first I saw. Near those are my Triforce lamp and R2-D2 alarm clock, so take your pick for which is more nerdy.

My model of the USS Enterprise E from Star trek. Other than that there is a PS3 and PS4 on my desk, my cellphone and some old English six pence coins that I use as plectrums.

Well, if I look right in front of me, I could immediately see the "chest" portion of my Milla Maxwell figurine in her regular attire... If I turn my head slightly to the tight without moving my eyes, I could see a mini brushable Twilight Sparkle starring right back at me... If I go a full 180 while keeping my eyes in place, I'm now starring at the "crotch" portion of my Rainbow Dash plushie backpack...

Who knew laying down, posing like I'm about to be drawn like one of those french girls, gave me a fanservice-like sandwich at initial eye level?

Either my Hyrule Historia or my box of Warcraft trading cards, although both were birthday presents admittedly.

Trading cards. Lots and lots and lots of trading cards. Magic the Gathering, World of Warcraft TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon TCG, etcetera. Any popular card game you can name, I probably have bought at least a couple boosters for. My desk is covered in cards, card boxes, card sleeves, dice, various decks and of course my binder. Most of it however is MTG stuff. I don't want to admit how much I've given to Wizards of the Coast.

Magic the gathering cards from mid 2000s onwards.

No idea how to play, but I still have them. Nice artwork though.

...is the nerdiest thing you personally own?

Judge what is closest by your ability reach out and touch it without leaving the computer!

*goes over to pile of books n' things on desk*

Oh hey, my Yu-Gi-Oh card binder! :D

Alright Escapist, your turn. I'm expecting a wide variety of responses.

What's the closest nerdy thing within arms reach?
My collection of Avengers Dr. Pepper cans.

I know it's silly. I fully know in my my logical brain that this is pure marketing designed to get people like me to buy more Dr. Pepper than they usually would so that they have a full set. I know that this is working on me and I kind of look down on myself for it.

In the end, I don't care.

I love the MCU. These cans have some cool designs. And I love the way they look sitting on my shelf.

A half complete totally custom Gundam model of mine. The Really nerdy part? It's a copy of the original unit. Kyuubi No Kitsune Gundam! It sports nine tails made up of shield bits, GN fangs, and rifle bits, all attached to an array of nine GN drives. It's made up from parts of lots of units, but it's body is the 00 Quan[T], 1.5 Gundam, and Gaia Gundam.
Excuse me? You think you can get away with talking about that without showing a picture?!

Probably my DVDs of Gundam 00 and Death Note. If we were to extend the are to my room then maybe the BlazBlue art on my wall or my gunpla.

Well I'm sitting on a desk with mostly work stuff on it so not a lot. I have been plying TSW and the investigation mission often require paper so I now have a notebook I've been using just for a game on my desk.

Everything I own that it is a Videogame or a Comic really.....
Being from Greece, the most people look at me like I am a little kid and of course a nerd to the Bone...
Plus if they see I own an Animated Movie DVD, they role their eyes.
I can't imagine what will happen if they see I play games like Corruption of Champions, Monster Quest, Saya no Uta and similar games....

Hmm, since I am at work, it would either be my Vita which is in my coat pocket, or maybe my book Star Wars X-Wing Rogue Squadron. Otherwise, it's all job related computer stuff.

I'm one of those weird people, I don't have a desk for my PC, it's hooked up to the TV and I sit on the couch with the keyboard on my lap, so there aren't many nerdy things to hand. The only nerdy thing I can reach out and grab right now is probably my collector's edition of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

On my left, as I'm laying on my bed with my laptop, I can touch a special edition DS cart holder that has Dialgia and Palkia on it. On my right, I can reach up and touch my Return of the Jedi poster. Also, I'm wearing a sweatband that has the Strawhat Pirate symbol on it.

In reach/on my desk?

Well that would be either the initial/prototype board sections for one of the two board games I am designing or the still-sealed MLP:TCG Canterlot Nights Princess Luna deck.
