Life must be hollow when the ground under your feet isn't a fact of reality, and you've not the ability to make any meaningful change to anything, since nothing is "real".
Well, I'm happy to let you know - it isn't.
What isn't?

If reality isn't a fact, then why not play RPGs all day? They're just as real as the rest of your life, if this is what you believe.
I see no problem with that suggestion. Too bad I'm not a fan of RPGs in general.

And too bad, whether this is a reality or simply a delusion, that I appear to have certain physical requirements like breathing, eating, and other things which can only be resolved with money, the best way (as in, least risky) to get which is to work.
Then what use are you to anyone or anything? You don't buy into your own existence, or anything else for that matter. Why should anyone care about you?

Is that not the same thing? I tell what the truth is based on evidence and facts. I don't see any difference between the way I worded your question and the way you worded it.
I suppose, in a way, you could think yourself correct, and I may clarify.

I ask you, without context, without fact.

What is "the truth"
"the truth" is the truth

Funny to think that everything around you may just be created to be fooling you :D Amusing, indeed.

Truth is reality. If truth's an illusion, reality's an illusion. A fake truth is a fake reality.

And if the truth isn't reality, what is it then?

Look up Descartes, who said the only thing we can be certain of is our own minds and God.

Not sure I agree but his reasoning to reach that conclusion is interesting.

I flip a coin, then make a random decision not based on the coin toss

This is my truth.

I don't remember saying anything about "not buying into my own existence". I did, however, regard it as a possibility. As a nihilist, I do believe that everything is meaningless in the end.

Which doesn't mean that I should kill myself because I think life is meaningless, like some people might have suggested. Just because something has no greater meaning doesn't mean it's not fun to play with it. And since I'm pretty sure death is non-existence, having the chance to exist is worth using, especially considering the odds of my or your own existence. Because non-existence is gonna come either way.

Why should anyone care about you? Dunno, why? Why should I care about them?
Doing things that are fun and/or interesting is a good way to spend your meaningless journey.

And just for clarification, when I do say "Everything is meaningless" what I mean is 'It lacks a goal". Humanity might die out. So what? Humanity might populate the whole galaxy. So what? I don't see it as a final goal, it's just progression. Feel free to participate or don't.

I guess if we have to allude to games - a defined goal is what you get in the end of a closed-off linear game. What we have is a giant sandbox, without a final quest or boss fight or whatever. Whatever you do is up to you and up to you only, and it will be destroyed sooner or later - be it heat death or another big bang. So, uhh, have fun.
Believing that there isn't a defined purpose or goal for one's existence is one thing. Believing that your own existence isn't true (a fact of reality) is another thing. If one believes their own or all existence isn't an incontrovertible fact of the universe, then it would follow that there is no difference between "existing" or "not existing". Therefore, the logical thing would be for them to be indifferent to whether or not they "live" or "die" right here, right now.

Step 1: Get off the internet, hoof it down to your local community college, and enroll in a few entry-level philosophy courses.

You'll learn how to do fun things with conceptual language mathematics and you'll find out that "What is Truth" is a bit more complex a question than can be casually knocked out over an internet forum for a website devoted to funny videos and gaming.
