I bet it is more of a feeling of insecurity wearing a suit. Like you don't belong in it that makes you feel most uncomfortable in it. Otherwise the suit probably doesn't fit you right.
What I dislike about modern society is how we grow up, expected to go to college, get a job and work until we are 60 to retire. Anyone else think that that's bullshit? I do, that's why I started my own business on the side of my day job. Working both, I will be retired by the time I am 29 or 30. Currently I am 24. Zuckerburg already beat me by a couple years, I don't want to make it a lifetime.

This! Oh goodness this! It's that horrible double-standard. When a man does something "chivalrous" for a woman he's called a gentleman, nice, caring, sweet and what not. He is praised. But when women do things that are "chivalrous" no one notices. You could be the nicest woman out there and no one will comment on it because society already expects all women to be nice and submissive and kind and all smiles all around. To try and cover something that might not already have been done 30 times already in this thread, marriage. I dislike some older people's opinion that for it to be a 'proper' relationship they must be married (I also dislike 'no sex before marriage' etc), and I equally (if not moreso) dislike the opinion that marriage is a pointless concept for old-fashioned prudes. Neither opinion is right, I think. I agree that two people could be in a relationship for their entire lives and that it would be just as valid as if they were married, but I see the merit in being married and celebrating and proving your love for your partner.
Hmm. Though clearly that wasn't what you meant by your last point, I'll cede your new point. People who commit sexual crimes do also receive harsh treatment from others. I wouldn't say that this very small number relative to all other minorities deserve to be put in the same category, and it would appear from the attitude you expressed toward them that you'd agree. The notion that boobs are somehow more harmful to children than watching a man get decapitated. I mean, boobs are great! But seriously, the violence/sex double standard annoys me to no end.

And if by "all it's cracked up to be" you mean the independence, the parties and the whatnot, I didn't become a student for any of that so I wouldn't know. Some students seem to manage to balance their work and their partying and some manage to hold down a part time job so they can afford to live on their own but I don't know how they do it... (maybe they don't spend their evenings on the Escapist or something crazy like that.)
I'm actually looking to not get into a lifetimes worth of debt which is what people in my country are hoping to do now that the student fees are the highest in the world, uni has become the last resort xP
still... makes me sad that the real world is ruled by nepotism, I'm also glad that I dropped out of uni before too long cause I was under the impression a degree meant a well paid job which isn't quite the case anymore ^^' the majority of graduates in my country end up in job training anyway

The inconsistency of feminism and chivalry. I'm really tempted to just sit down, fold my arms, and demand that the female species collectively decide whether it's acceptable for me to hold the door open for a woman. That and the romanticized view of alcohol that most of my peers seem to hold. I'm quite tired of being told that I'm uptight or boring because I don't see the appeal in being drunk.

Men complain that women don't let them be chivalrous, with the expectation that women must be chivalrous (they don't USE THAT TERM, but that's essentially what it is). But if a woman doesn't act chivalrous, she's a *****, or an 'independent woman that hate's on men.' Can you not see how unfair that is? Who is complaining of special treatment, then? Men EXPECT that women act a certain way for THEM when they as men treat women in a certain way. Isn't that just men expecting "special treatment"?
