why cant people ever learn to take a damn break, i have played sessions three times longer than this kid without keeling over tho i did sleep a sold 15 hours afterwards...you just gotta get up for a potty break every so often

what possibly happened is that this kid did this extremely often and either let himself get so dehydrated that resulted in organ failure but that would have to be more than 14 hours of gameplay to result in that level of dehydration unless the cafe was stupidly hot

or he got DVT as suggested by other members.

can't say I've played that long in one session (I can't, simply can't), but Mass Effect 2 would definitely be the one game I could play the longest in one sitting. even FPS games I love...no I definitely just keep playing ME2 (just ONE more mission...) like no other haha

When Cataclysm was released, my guild had a leveling competition, and I actually pulled my longest streak so far. I started at 1PM, and stopped at 5PM the day after, with no breaks longer than 15 minutes (I had actually planned this, and so I had already made meals I could just heat up). Felt SO tired, but except for that, nothing. Took a few days to get back to recover my tiredness, but that was all.
