I reload like a *****. Constantly and consistently.

Every shot fired: YUP LOOKS LIKE WE NEED A WHOLE NEW BUNCHA BULLETS HERE

When I play cs:s and I am not shooting at someone, I have to constantly switch between main and secondary weapons with my mouse wheel constantly. Its gotten me killed a few times but it does mean you reload slightly faster with sniper rifles.

I also am part of the reload after every pause in combat or after every kill even if i only used one bullet and its a 100 round magazine I must reload. Also I collect ammo for those super over powered weapons and then I never ever use them even if I have more ammo for them then the weapon I am currently using. Also I am a compulsive reverse hoarder I take everything out of all the rooms I can find and then sell them the second I can and I never store anything ever everything I have is on my person and not in a chest somewhere.

I will search every area that I'm in for stuff, and if I can break into places to get stuff then I will. I guess I'm a kleptomaniac and it annoys people when I do co-op, but damnit, I want it and it's going to be mine!

whilst playing beat em ups, i used to have the strange urge to use each attack once before using a super to finish the fight. Then i accidentally became quite good at button commands as a result, and just fight on higher difficulty levels...

My three would be...

1. Reload after EVERYTHING. Kill the target? Reload. Destroy a vehicle? Reload. Just blew off the leg of some space abomination, but its still lumbering towards you with its horrible instant-death claws of doom? RELOAD!

2. Never buy or use any consumable item. I'm saving those for a special occasion. Basically, I'm like the VGCats comic about Cloud. 'Cloud, I need a potion!' 'What? Do I look like I'm made of potions to you?' 'You know, Cloud, you could just cure RedXIII's father with a Soft.' 'What? Do I look like I'm made of Softs to you?' 'Cloud, we need a Phoenix Down to revive Aeris!' 'A Phoenix Down? Do I look like I'm made of Phoenix Downs?'

3. In any game that gives you a 'team' (RPGs, TBS, etc), I'll always pick a single character to use and not use anyone else unless the game forces me to, in which case, I will use them as little as humanly possible. (Example, I beat Final Fantasy VII using only Cloud. Had to get Meteorain just to beat Reno the first time. Stupid instant killing.)

Reloading and hoarding as much of eveything as possible.

In Oblivion I had a tendancy to buy the small house in the docks district and fill the table with all manner of weapons/gold and trinkets. I even took the time to drop gold/silver coins and all the diamonds/rubies etc one by one onto the table so I could visually see the amount of dosh I had. I must say my inner nerd was very proud when I was finished.

Then I got a bit sadistic and blasted the table with an aoe fireball about 20 seconds later my computer recoverred... I should have taken a screenshot of the before/after :'(

In Assassin's Creed I would always take a detour to kill any archer I saw. The rooftops are mine! MINE!
It got so bad I crossed half a city to stab one of the pesky critters while the alarms were going off and the entire garrison was out looking for me.

It was fun hitting them with throwing knives, though not as satisfying as a crossbolt to the face in AC:B.
*Ezio approaches a guard whilst raising a loaded crossbow*

'You shouldn't be up he...'

OT:
Being stylish - I got Elven in Oblivion and don't take it off.

Driving cool - Driving round GTA like it's the end of the world and swearing manically if I have a scratch by the time one of Brucie's buddy mission is over.

Hoarding - Collecting one of every piece of every main type of armour and wep set in Oblivion and collecting every piece of Armour and every wep in F:NV.

I always HAVE to go into the options menu and put all the graphics options down to minimum and the resolution at about 800x600. It's a twitch reaction to playing a pc game in general thanks to this marvel of modern technology I'm using at the moment.

I love to trash shit. It doesn't have to be important, just breakable. I love games with a destructible environment ( I literally go nuts). Then I kill all the witnesses... Nobody must ever know, heehee. {and save the pretty one for last, yes! must kill!} Oh, you're still here?

Oh, and I never use objects. "Use lifepack?" "umm, no."....Game over. Gotta save that for later.

I tend to hoard a lot of things. In "Persona 4" I didn't sell any of my items to Daidara until I completed every single fetch quest that I had accepted. That, and I can't stop grinding. For example, when I was up against Yukiko in my first playthrough I was something like 10 levels ahead of her character when I fought and acquired her. The same is true for every RPG/JRPG I play. I have to be ridiculously overlevelled, but for the life of me I don't know why.

In "Resident Evil 4", my attache case has to be neat and organized. When I watched my brother play "Resi 4" and saw the state of his attache case I had to take the controller off of him and organize it. He did admit that it did make things easier for him in the end, but I remember that at the time he wasn't too pleased with me :)

I also have to reload after every shot. I don't know why. If the full capacity is 15 bullets and I have 14 bullets I have to reload. But looking at everyone elses responses I am guessing it's a fairly common thing.

I have to taunt every time I make a kill in smash brothers, just like the AI characters. Its an impulse since i want to do something while im waiting for my opponent to return, but it leads to trouble with multiple characters.

i seem to form weird bonds with things, like in fallout i've kept my first pistol through the entire game, and in oblivion i carried a piece of ham around, strange...

I must have one of everything. Armour? ONE! Weapons? ONE! Ammo? ONE! And don't try to tell me one is too much of one thing and not enough of another. ONE OF EVERYTHING!

Also, I always cling to the left-hand wall of any and all buildings or ruin I happen to be exploring, unless it's been proven to be a dead end. Seriously, I'm like the world's worst spy. After I've exhausted "left" in my options, I try to fill the map.

In games like Elder Scrolls, if I enter a cave/cavern/big building I have to explore EVERY SINGLE INCH of the place. Kinda pedantic and annoying.

Everything is better with a crossbow!! ^_^

OT: If I start a game, goddammit I'm gonna play it through to the ending, even if it kills me!! As a result, I try to stay away from games that never truly end, such as MMORPGs. Not saying I've never played any, but they have this annoying tendency to drive me insane...

That's kind of ironic...I almost never finish games. (If the game just plain ends after you beat the final boss, with no post-game content or New Game+, I don't bother. Final bosses tend to just be wars of attrition and not worth the effort for a simple 'YOU WIN!' screen.) D<

Compulsive reloader, loot whore (especially in RPGs. I must collect EVERYTHING!!!), and in Red Dead whenever it would rain in game I'd get pissed and go in doors as if I was actually getting wet (someone please say they did this too!).
