Beautiful stuff.
You work as a concept artist by any chance ?
Thank you. As to your question, not yet. I work as a moderator on ConceptArt.org, where I run the Creature of the Week competition. I've been working on my concept art and illustration portfolios for the last couple years, so hopefully I'll be getting work soon.

Soooo. You design creatures.

I was playing a D&D game a little while ago with Ultrajoe and FireDaemon, and we "discovered" (Ultrajoe, going on a whim, made up) the fearsome Batwoks. Bats crossed with ewoks whose blood floats upwards when they die, and they steal away villages to do evil and batwokky things to.

Could.. could you sketch them? I can't offer you money, but I can offer you a Limited Edition Labyrinth Red Star [http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s46/Labyrinth_11/LabyrinthRedStar-3.png].

The most I can say is a tentative yes to a non-payed sketch. Got a lot on my plate right now. I have a couple of projects, on the [http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Feature.aspx?x=dnd/feature/dndarttest] side [http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=238902], neither of which I'm 100% on whether I'll have time to finish. I have portfolio work to do (none of which involves heavy creature work, since I have a tonne of it already). I'll let you know. Hope you're well, Tess.

Wonderful! I'm looking for a very basic sketch, not a masterpiece. A billion thanks.

I had a spare 10 break at work for sketching. I have a piece done, I will upload it when I have a chance.

Didn't mean to double post but I thought some people would get a laugh out of these.
I do these on Tumblr:

I'd upload the other ones I did, but I've only decided on a template today, so they're a bit too large for the site...

Those are pretty awesome, especially the first one given Middle School was porkemanz central for me.

Got up to Issue 04, made a fancy cover for it and everything. I guess it'd make a good stand alone pic?

Just a little something a drew over two evenings. A lot of it didn't come out how I wanted but I'm pretty happy considering its just some card and a sharpie.

One of my best pics I think, I figured I'd toss it out there. I really do feel invisible whenever I show my art or well my comic as no one seems to say anything but, eh here's Neige from the comic flexing her guns.

Tried drawing a guy riding on a horse.
It sort of looks like my scanner might be squeezing my drawings a bit :/

This thread could use another bump, and it just so happens I took up drawing something again for the first time in years last week.

EDIT: ok the bump wasn't really needed, but Jonluw's comment somehow didn't show before I posted...

While there seems to be mainly drawings here, in the OP it said literary works were welcome too, so I thought I'd share with you good people a reformatted e-book produced from a story me and about seven other Escapists wrote in this site's very own roleplaying forum, Prey, approximately 120000 words long in length.

Prey: PDF edition [https://dl.dropbox.com/u/82646828/Prey%20-%20A%20Compilation.pdf]
Prey: MOBI edition [https://dl.dropbox.com/u/82646828/Prey_%20A%20Compilation%20-%20The%20Escapist.mobi]

Since there were many contributors, the writing quality and style varies through-out and being an RP, there's no one protagonist, a fair warning to any potential readers. All writers included can be found credited at the beginning of the tale.
